Crushed it! This workout was super emotional for me- the first time I did it during the 4 week challenge, my family was in the process of losing my brother to a horrible genetic disease. I was a complete mess, but your workouts helped me keep a routine. It’s been rough since his passing, but I’ve been showing up and trying every day since. Moving and taking care of myself has been so helpful in my grief journey. Thank you so much.

You have made a HUGE difference for me by getting fitness back into my lifestyle! My little girl now asks me every day when I come home from work if we can workout together to your videos (she mostly plays on a yoga mat!) but it motivates me to model a healthy lifestyle for her! 💪🏽👼🏼💕

Reverse jack knives had me weeble-wobbling on my booty -- very off feeling -- but I really, really tried! Those are gonna take some patience and practice. Other then that I loved this workout. It went by so fast and the cardio burnout was ahhhhhmazing! #crushedit #SydneySquad
