Hey everyone! It’s been a long hiatus from Sydney’s workouts, and my legs felt like lead, but I stopped to breathe- didn't leave! I call that crushing it!! Day 2 in the books! 🎉
Crushed it this morning along with my 10 yr old. He kept saying, "Sydney what are you doing to me?!" 🤣 I'm grateful to be able to workout from home with/in front of my children and set a healthy example of fitness. ❤️🏋️♀️💪

This morning I wake up so excited to do my workout 🏋️♀️ but when trying open my Calendar it was impossible to get it, so I when to the free workout and there I got it! I had allots of enjoying on those 30 minutes cardio! I LOVED! AWESOME FORMAT! Thanks Sydney, Dustin for a new month of great 30 minutes workout! ❤️❤️❤️👍👍😘
2nd time through as Day 2 of 3,2,1 GO 2025! Felt great to just move my body! Even when Sydney says this is a “dialed back” workout you can still work hard in the movements and get your heart rate up, sweat, and breathe hard!! Great work today Squad!!!🥵🥵🥵🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🔥🔥🔥
Done in 2025! 9 weeks post partum after a C-section with my first baby and it feels SO good to be back to working out and in a routine! Here’s to a great year ahead for everyone 🙌🏼
I generally don’t like cardio, but seeing how many calories I burned by the end made me like it a little more!! Thanks Sydney for the encouragement to just keep moving!
Surprised myself by crushing this one at high intensity despite feeling sore and out of breath. Learning how to push through soreness and discomfort is one of the best parts of this program!

Loved the reverse order for the second round, the psychology around going back up to the start somehow is way more energizing than doing it from top to bottom again. 🎉❤
Just finished my 7a-7p shift as a CNA in my nursing home with 18,000 steps already and was debating whether or not I wanted to workout… just finished with 21,000 steps and I don’t regret it one bit!!! ❤️
I do not like cardio workouts as much as strength, but I really liked this format. I was able to take breaks as needed and keep going when I was able. I feel like I burn out much quicker with cardio workouts, so this was very beneficial for me as I felt accomplished instead of defeated. Thanks Sydney

My stairs have been killer today! I feel your pain. I actually feel a little better after this workout although the first set of lunges were killer 😂
