Your videos are superior to others on YT because you take the time to verbally explain each move -- which is also helpful when you're new to fitness! Others on YT just put music over their exercise videos and it's hard for me to follow since I can't see very well. Great workout. However, I had to do a different cardio move almost every time. I cannot jump do to having a plate in my foot. So this workout was not a good one for me. Trust me though, I got an excellent sweat on! Just different cardio moves as high intensity as I could. Abs were awesome!!
I woke up later than usual on my day off today. I saw the time on today's upload and thought, nope, I'll do yesterday's to catch up. Plus, it was only 30 minutes. The way I feel right now, I think the 40-minute workout would have been a better choice 😂😂 It was a tough day at work yesterday. My legs are tired, but I moved fast and with power. 🎉🎉🎉Great work, everyone 🎉🎉❤❤
A little hard to do this at 6am now that I’m in a house with neighbours downstairs. They banged on the ceiling to signal they weren’t happy😅 But replaced jumps with squats and tried to make it work 😊
