This was the best workout I’ve had in a long time. It was powerful, energizing, challenging and peaceful all at the same time. I am a stay at home mom, and I hold so much stress within myself. Not enough people tell each other that they are great, and when Marnie said those thoughtful words at the end of the yoga part I literally burst into tears. I probably sound totally dramatic, but this workout really helped me feel good physically and mentally!
I am a working mom and think stay at home moms are amazing! You have the hardest job on the planet and you are doing a great job....keep taking care of yourself and stay blessed mama! I don't think your post sounds dramatic btw, sounds honest and lovely!

This Marnie person is a fantastic instructor. I usually don't pay much attention to the instructor and what they have to say beyond the workout exercises but she just completely jumped out of the screen and into my living room. What an incredible presence you have, I highly appreciate the heart and soul you put into this, it made it just that much greater! Coming back to this one for sure.
This work out truly is the BEST all round body sculpting , challenging yet SAFE to do work out where you are not at a risk of injuring yourself. I have been doing this work out consistently 2 times a week since November 2022 and I am noticing that my body feels and looks great and I feel good in my skin!! This 30 minute work out is more challenging than a full hour barre work out that I do at my local gym and yet what I love most about it is that it does not fail to incorporate the right amount of stretching the body needs after such an intense work out. I am a physical therapist and so I truly appreciate the amount of body awareness and postural awareness we need to do some of these exercises. If I were to describe this work out in one word I would say it's a "smart burn". Very effective!!!! Thank you for this Marnie Alton and Hannah!

With my Barre gym closed due to the coronovirus, I was a little stressed about getting my workout in. I'm grateful to have found this video and was pleasantly surprised at how challenging it is. One of the best workouts I have ever done. I have been feeling very tense in the last few weeks and this has fully allowed my body to stretch and do the exact exercise my body needed. This is my favorite work out ever! I have been doing since March at least twice a week. The teacher is really top teacher, she is encouraging acknowledgeable and entertaining besides being beautiful. It is a really effective workout because unlike other workout you are not left sore, you are left feeling amazing, and your body start to show results quick. LOVE THIS!!
I love the way Marnie acknowledges the burning oh god please top pain and tells us it will be over soon, but to keep pushing through. She's the perfect blend of pushing and being gentle. Loved this!

I don't usually comment on videos, but this workout was amazing. Marnie left no one out. She is great at giving step-by-step instructions on how to execute certain moves and stretches. I did some moves, that, at first glance, I didn't think I could do. But she tells you how to move each muscle in order to pull off each move/stretch. And she emphasizes proper form, rather than over stretching just to to mimic what she is doing. Great workout!
Each morning comes, and I swear I'm going to do a different workout video, but I just keep coming back to this one...2 years ago, as a 21 yo, I had major spine surgery performed on my back after falling off a tree, almost paralyzed. Since then, every muscle in my body is always so tight. There wasn't a day that would go by where I wasn't uncomfortable. MY hamstrings were rock hard, back stiff as a board, and there was just overall tightness in my body. Since doing this workout for 4 days straight...with tears in my eyes, I can say that I've been able to touch my fingers to the floor. I'm beginning to feel loose, flexible, and strong...truly the best workout ever.

One of the best and killer workouts I’ve done. Love popsugar! I was pregnant and now I am working to lose the pregnancy weight at least 4-5 times a week, sometimes 6 when I can because having my little one around makes it a little harder. But when you really want it you can make it happen. I love popsugar workouts make me feel perfect. Especially workout with Anna! The best!

I love that there are multiple skill levels addressed in this video. If you feel like doing the more advanced moves you can or it shows you an alternative way to do the move that is more beginner or less impact. The video has great energy.

Hi popsugar fitness ijust finished your 30 mnt barre no equipment workout .This was a burner specially on the lowerbody.I just had surgery for endometroisis on Feb 27-2018 and I really liked that you girls had a low impact version also .And like I said I really felt the burn plz don't stop making videos ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
This was amazing! I use to be a weight-lifting-only, no cardio type of gym goer but I’m a work from home mom now and I don’t want to waste time away from from my toddler to go to the gym. It’s actually been a blessing I disguise because I’ve discovered barre workouts like this that make me feel amazing, get my heart pumping, and tone me up! I’m physically able to keep up with my toddler and I feel sooo good! Thank you Popsugar!
Have done this one several times now and I'm still loving it! I love that I don't need to clear a lot of space in the living room and that I can have bare feet 😂 I also think it's structured very well, and I'm sweating and groaning already two minutes in, but somehow I manage to get all the way through, feeling strong and fulfilling the whole time. I'm grateful that I can also work on my balance and flexibility, while sweating buckets - I always feel amazing afterwards ❤️ Thank you for helping me getting healthier ❤️
My favorite workout ever! I have been doing it everyday for four weeks now... I’ve lost a couple of pounds and feel so great!! I used to be a ballerina but haven’t gone back to it for about five years... this is the best and has helped me with my balance and self confidence ❤️
This is the best workout! It’s fun, comprehensive and diverse which is perfect for somebody like me who gets bored fast. I didn’t even notice how fast 30 went by, and yet, I had a great workout. The trainer also provides a very useful guidance both on body and mental activities. Excellent quality all around. Thank you!
I have done many workouts but this is the best one ever. I always end up crying at the end and no other workout does that effect on me, it's crazy! I love her and I wish there were more workout videos with Marnie.

I only got through 75% of the workout because my legs gave out. I was extremely sore for the next two days and could barely walk. This is a great workout but definitely be careful if you’re a beginner or haven’t worked out in a while. Start with something low impact like Pilates to slowly build more muscle and then this workout should be ok.
Great advice, thank you (I read your comment before I did the workout, thankfully!). I followed Meghan at the back so that I didn't die. I'm in my late 40s with a few health issues, so I always look for the relatively normal "modifications" person they put in at the back. I'm never going to progress beyond the modifications I think, but am fine with that. Mainly exercising for my mental health and cause I'm a recovering alcoholic so as part of that. It's great when kindly folk like you take the time to post these kinds of comments.

Oh this had me in tears at the end, but only because I've finally found a workout that can support my back (herniated discs). So many ab workouts and workouts in general inflame my back but Marnie's instruction to tilt hips up while working abs was like a lightbulb moment that has truly made al the difference. I'm so grateful x

I'm new to this channel and this workout, but I love it. I have lost a significant amount of weight doing barre. Marnie's routines are the best. I usually do this one or her 45 Minute barre. I'm starting to see muscles come through that I have never seen before. I hope to see more work from her on this channel!!!

I think this lady is my favourite trainer so far! I have done this workout 5 or 6 times now and it still burns....but yet I'm never too sore/tight the next day. So the cool down elements really work too ❤❤

Loved this workout. It was challenging but very do-able, which is important for me in an at-home workout (when things get too hard I leave to do something else!). The modifications were great and it was just the right length. I loved how Anna was expressing herself too...that's how it felt and it made me feel a bit more like I was with my friends working out. At first I was sceptical about doing this workout but this was one of re best sculpting workout I have ever done. it was upbeat, challenging and relaxing for the stretch series. Great workout to the trainer
not since Jake Dupree and Kit Rich have you had someone who REALLY INNOVATES... I loved this.. I died, I sweated and I NEVER got bored. My favorite work outs are ones that don't let any part of the body just do nothing, Marnie pushed that limit in a very constructive POSTURE inducing way.. I am forwarding this workout to so many friends who get stuck inside their "sitting down body" position. MORE OF THIS PLEASE!!!

I almost quit because the warm-up was kicking my butt. I wasn't able to give it 100%, but I went to the end and glad I did. This is the type of video I will return to to see how much I improve over time. I'm a yogi and was pleasantly surprised by the midway stretch and final yoga segment. Just wish for a modification on the ab part that has you sitting on the knees. My knees and top of my feet could not take it, so I sat cross legged. Overall, awesome workout!
Holy Moly, did I not realize that Marnie did NOT come to play today!! This workout was amazing!!! And it was well designed bc I like how we did a bunch of intense stuff and then we went in to a stretch before abs and then a mini cool down. I really enjoyed this!
Today i was looking for a workout different from what i usually do. Used to do yoga for years but then had a rotator cuff surgery and ever since, yoga is no longer an option as i´m recovering, today i tried this...loved it. Omg it was amazing. Gentle on my shoulder, and got to workout the full body. Thank you for this.
I was not expecting to enjoy this workout as much as I did. I've done some other PopSugar dance and barre workouts and they're mostly blah with very ditsy barbie instructors. This one, however, was actually a decent challenge and I really enjoyed the stretching sequence in the middle and the ab burn at the end was intense. Definitely a good low-impact workout when your tired or already sore, but still want some good movement.
Great workout! I loved your energy and the modifications. I loved the stretching mixed with strengthening. Lastly, I like the multiple planes of movement you engaged. Thank you!
Love this workout - I do lots of HIIT and weights and I find this a wonderful antidote to that. Still very challenging, but a different type of workout. Like somebody said below - challenging and peaceful at the same time. More from Marnie please!
This workout is one of the most impactful workouts I’ve done!! Marnie Alton leaves you feeling so powerful and awake both in body and mind. She’s extremely motivating and knowledgeable which helped me get over urge to stop or take breaks during workouts. I can’t recommend this enough. This made me feel better. I suffer from the blues sometimes, and this totally cured it. I can feel muscles that have been activated inside my body/core. Feels very positive and happy.

First time doing this type of workout. Thought I'd mix things up a bit. It really works you out in a different way. I am just glad I had already prepped my body with hiit training and have done some yoga and ballet conditioning on and off, this meant I could do most of it without having to modify. Think I am going to really feel it tomorrow now!! ❤❤❤

Omg this was the best workout I've ever done I feel so free I loved that it combined yoga and dance together I'm gonna try to do this 3x a week ♡ I usually do circuit training but it's really hard on my body but this was gentle but still felt like I was burning calories
Best 30-minute workout I’ve ever found! Such a good balance of burny challenge, graceful/dancy fun, peaceful stretch. The tempo and changes in pace and focus from legs to cardio to abs makes the 30 minutes fly by. After this workout, I feel stronger and more peaceful for the rest of the day. I haven’t had any muscle pain the next day either. Thank you this is such a sanity-restoring gift!!

One of the best and killer workouts I’ve done. Love popsugar! I was pregnant and now I am working to lose the pregnancy weight at least 4-5 times a week, sometimes 6 when I can because having my little one around makes it a little harder. But when you really want it you can make it happen. I love popsugar workouts make me feel perfect. Especially workout with Anna! The best!

I love that there are multiple skill levels addressed in this video. If you feel like doing the more advanced moves you can or it shows you an alternative way to do the move that is more beginner or less impact. The video has great energy.

Hi popsugar fitness ijust finished your 30 mnt barre no equipment workout .This was a burner specially on the lowerbody.I just had surgery for endometroisis on Feb 27-2018 and I really liked that you girls had a low impact version also .And like I said I really felt the burn plz don't stop making videos ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

This was amazing! I use to be a weight-lifting-only, no cardio type of gym goer but I’m a work from home mom now and I don’t want to waste time away from from my toddler to go to the gym. It’s actually been a blessing I disguise because I’ve discovered barre workouts like this that make me feel amazing, get my heart pumping, and tone me up! I’m physically able to keep up with my toddler and I feel sooo good! Thank you Popsugar!
Have done this one several times now and I'm still loving it! I love that I don't need to clear a lot of space in the living room and that I can have bare feet 😂 I also think it's structured very well, and I'm sweating and groaning already two minutes in, but somehow I manage to get all the way through, feeling strong and fulfilling the whole time. I'm grateful that I can also work on my balance and flexibility, while sweating buckets - I always feel amazing afterwards ❤️ Thank you for helping me getting healthier ❤️
My favorite workout ever! I have been doing it everyday for four weeks now... I’ve lost a couple of pounds and feel so great!! I used to be a ballerina but haven’t gone back to it for about five years... this is the best and has helped me with my balance and self confidence ❤️

This is the best workout! It’s fun, comprehensive and diverse which is perfect for somebody like me who gets bored fast. I didn’t even notice how fast 30 went by, and yet, I had a great workout. The trainer also provides a very useful guidance both on body and mental activities. Excellent quality all around. Thank you!
I do a lot of HIIT and strength training, and this was such a refreshing, challenging workout! I loved it! I feel great now!
I have done many workouts but this is the best one ever. I always end up crying at the end and no other workout does that effect on me, it's crazy! I love her and I wish there were more workout videos with Marnie.

This is crazy. The first time I did this work out I laid on the ground and SOBBED. I hadn’t moved my body intentionally in over a year. The hugest emotional release. Wow I thought I was the only one ♥️

I only got through 75% of the workout because my legs gave out. I was extremely sore for the next two days and could barely walk. This is a great workout but definitely be careful if you’re a beginner or haven’t worked out in a while. Start with something low impact like Pilates to slowly build more muscle and then this workout should be ok.
Great advice, thank you (I read your comment before I did the workout, thankfully!). I followed Meghan at the back so that I didn't die. I'm in my late 40s with a few health issues, so I always look for the relatively normal "modifications" person they put in at the back. I'm never going to progress beyond the modifications I think, but am fine with that. Mainly exercising for my mental health and cause I'm a recovering alcoholic so as part of that. It's great when kindly folk like you take the time to post these kinds of comments.

Oh this had me in tears at the end, but only because I've finally found a workout that can support my back (herniated discs). So many ab workouts and workouts in general inflame my back but Marnie's instruction to tilt hips up while working abs was like a lightbulb moment that has truly made al the difference. I'm so grateful x

I'm new to this channel and this workout, but I love it. I have lost a significant amount of weight doing barre. Marnie's routines are the best. I usually do this one or her 45 Minute barre. I'm starting to see muscles come through that I have never seen before. I hope to see more work from her on this channel!!!

I think this lady is my favourite trainer so far! I have done this workout 5 or 6 times now and it still burns....but yet I'm never too sore/tight the next day. So the cool down elements really work too ❤❤

Loved this workout. It was challenging but very do-able, which is important for me in an at-home workout (when things get too hard I leave to do something else!). The modifications were great and it was just the right length. I loved how Anna was expressing herself too...that's how it felt and it made me feel a bit more like I was with my friends working out. At first I was sceptical about doing this workout but this was one of re best sculpting workout I have ever done. it was upbeat, challenging and relaxing for the stretch series. Great workout to the trainer
not since Jake Dupree and Kit Rich have you had someone who REALLY INNOVATES... I loved this.. I died, I sweated and I NEVER got bored. My favorite work outs are ones that don't let any part of the body just do nothing, Marnie pushed that limit in a very constructive POSTURE inducing way.. I am forwarding this workout to so many friends who get stuck inside their "sitting down body" position. MORE OF THIS PLEASE!!!

More of Marnie please!! This was so tough but somehow relaxing at the same time, loved her commentary throughout and the element of relaxation/yoga (music was paired well too!) at the end
I almost quit because the warm-up was kicking my butt. I wasn't able to give it 100%, but I went to the end and glad I did. This is the type of video I will return to to see how much I improve over time. I'm a yogi and was pleasantly surprised by the midway stretch and final yoga segment. Just wish for a modification on the ab part that has you sitting on the knees. My knees and top of my feet could not take it, so I sat cross legged. Overall, awesome workout!
I love this workout. I never thought of exercise as calming, but Marnie somehow does it! I feel so mentally at peace after this.
Holy Moly, did I not realize that Marnie did NOT come to play today!! This workout was amazing!!! And it was well designed bc I like how we did a bunch of intense stuff and then we went in to a stretch before abs and then a mini cool down. I really enjoyed this!
Today i was looking for a workout different from what i usually do. Used to do yoga for years but then had a rotator cuff surgery and ever since, yoga is no longer an option as i´m recovering, today i tried this...loved it. Omg it was amazing. Gentle on my shoulder, and got to workout the full body. Thank you for this.

I was not expecting to enjoy this workout as much as I did. I've done some other PopSugar dance and barre workouts and they're mostly blah with very ditsy barbie instructors. This one, however, was actually a decent challenge and I really enjoyed the stretching sequence in the middle and the ab burn at the end was intense. Definitely a good low-impact workout when your tired or already sore, but still want some good movement.
Pshew! No joke!!! So very grateful for popsugar workouts to get us all through this crazy Corona crap and stay HEALTHY... at home!!!

Love this workout - I do lots of HIIT and weights and I find this a wonderful antidote to that. Still very challenging, but a different type of workout. Like somebody said below - challenging and peaceful at the same time. More from Marnie please!

This workout is one of the most impactful workouts I’ve done!! Marnie Alton leaves you feeling so powerful and awake both in body and mind. She’s extremely motivating and knowledgeable which helped me get over urge to stop or take breaks during workouts. I can’t recommend this enough. Also her instagram is great for daily motivation and extra exercises!😊
This made me feel better. I suffer from the blues sometimes, and this totally cured it. I can feel muscles that have been activated inside my body/core. Feels very positive and happy.

First time doing this type of workout. Thought I'd mix things up a bit. It really works you out in a different way. I am just glad I had already prepped my body with hiit training and have done some yoga and ballet conditioning on and off, this meant I could do most of it without having to modify. Think I am going to really feel it tomorrow now!! ❤❤❤

Best 30-minute workout I’ve ever found! Such a good balance of burny challenge, graceful/dancy fun, peaceful stretch. The tempo and changes in pace and focus from legs to cardio to abs makes the 30 minutes fly by. After this workout, I feel stronger and more peaceful for the rest of the day. I haven’t had any muscle pain the next day either. Thank you this is such a sanity-restoring gift!!
