My kids accidently broke my elliptical. So I went to youtube for strength and cardio workouts and found Nourish Move Love. I've been doing NML videos for 2 weeks and I feel strong again. I don't think I'm going to get the elliptical fixed. I'll just move it out so I have more room to do your NML without whacking my ankle on the bed leg. Thank you!

Have recently been hooked on Barre/Pilates/Cardio combo workouts and this one does NOT disappoint. I have been working out 5x a week for the past 5 years and have done everything from BeachBody's Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, Insanity, P90X to Jillian Michael's to POPSUGAR to Sydney Cummings and Heather Robertson. This is a whole different kinda workout and the 3lb dumbbells feel like 20. Can't wait to do more of these!

For 3 months straight I’ve been doing 30 min of your strength and 30 min of Leslie fightmasters 90 day challenge. So I thought just doing 45 min strength would be just fine. BUT MAN. That burned my tush. Hard to catch my breath. It was hard! Thank you :)
The last time I attempted this workout I felt like I was going to throw up and couldn’t finish it. This time, after working out regularly for several weeks, I was so pumped I was able to do the whole thing and felt way stronger, way better endurance. Holy stinking ! My friends and I did this instead of the 30-minute barre kickboxing in the challenge list - I had already done that one. OMG this was so incredibly challenging with 3- and 5-pound weights. The pulses, the cardio bursts, the abs!!! All awesome! More like this please!🔥🔥🔥

Came back to this workout today wanting a longer kickboxing/barre workout and I have to say I REALLY LOVE THIS ONE!!!!! Great way to stretch and get my workout in all in one. Some days I really need the longer length. Kept my 5 lb dumbbells for all but the fast cardio pushes and added some 1 lb ankle weights for the legs! Would love to see more 45 min workouts in the future and more kickboxing and barre workouts!!!!! Thanks NML!!!!

Following your monthly plans is an awesome way to mix up your normal routine and try workouts you wouldn’t normally go for.....I was stuck in the HiiT zone and happy, but by following your plan I’m doing strength, Hiit, cardio, barre, yoga....so many workouts I would never have tried normally and I’m loving the variety and feeling STRONG 💪 xx I’d normally shy away from a 45 minute workout, and to be fair this one is a killer 😅 but following your monthly plans means I give them all a go.....finding strength and commitment I didn’t know I had! Xx So so happy I found NML xx

I cannot tell you how much I needed this work out. Since I have been working from home for the last 5 months I have been sitting a lot so was just using the eliptical to get my steps in, but noticed my digestive track seemed to be complete wreck. I was trying to think of why what has changed and it was that I have only been working my legs and the rest of my body was not really in movement. This was exactly what I needed, easy no, but loved it and will plan to save to do again perhaps with a little more cordination :)

I’m a high school xc runner and i am out from running right now with an injury. I usually run miles and miles a day and am in good cardio shape. this class is the most amazing thing for me right now because i get my heart rate up to where it gets when I run and i feel exhausted when I’m done. thank you so much for this class and keeping me in shape!

I have to say that I didn't have very high expectations when I found this channel, I don't even remember how I found it but man I have to say I'm so glad I did! You remind me of one of my trainers from my pump class at the gym whom I haven't seen it since the pandemic started. She was so loud and would talk a lot during the workouts, just like you haha, but I feel I need that to keep me motivated! Your workouts are awesome and everytime I play your videos I feel you are training right here with me in my living room. You are A-mazing !

I have done this workout twice now and its the workout I hate and love in equal measures 😂 Its not pretty but I literally feel like I can take on anything after. Thank you for this amazing workout ❤
Thank you for great movements. I made some changes for myself to fit better for my own condition and style to workout. I do movements more slowly (better for myself) and when I learned to do movements well - I took volume off in this video and add my favorite music background when I exercise. I also shared these movements for 2-3 different exercise period. All these changes I did it to fit better for myself and my own condition. But main thank you comes that these movements are very fine :) In general I do home workout every second day...before I did every day and I was tired and got easily back or knee problem but now after trying different ways I find what work out for me.Doing more slowly and not everyday but I still see positive impact in my health and condition. So tip for everyone...use these great youtube exercise videos to motivate you to do it in your own way :)
This workout is a CHALLENGE! I swear, there's no burn like a barre burn! Come back and try it again, I always think workouts are better the second time when you mentally know what to expect! AWESOME WORK, and thanks so much for giving it a try!

I NEVER EVER EVER did a 50 mins workout before: EVERRR!! Um, it felt like 15 mins NO JOKE! This was amazing, and honestly, not as challenging as I expected because you were leading it!! I was laughing the entire time at my not so good balance skills, my omg shaky legs, and your funny jokes along the way! You are seriously the best, I can’t get enough 🙌🏽. I can count this as a leg workout 😂. I LOVE barre and I’m definitely trying your 2 barre strong soon 💓🙏🏼

I love it; the variety in the moves, the minimum breaks (didn't even realize that tbh!), the mix between strength and cardio (and minimal jumping, my knees are thanking me!), and of course THE SWEAT! I’m 25 weeks pregnant, and had a hard time with this one. Trying to tell myself it’s okay but I’m such a perfectionist😅 I thought this would be a nice chill cardio but this was so difficult for my coordination, and I do strength and HIIT workouts regularly. I will try this again! Barre is something else for sure!

This was fun! Loved how you combined many genres into one workout. Just a little info to share- really fast lunches with weights can get sloppy and stress the shoulder joint. I’ve had major shoulder surgery and quality and form are more important than swinging and fast pace. Can’t wait to do more of your workouts!

I cannot tell you how much I needed this work out. Since I have been working from home for the last 5 months I have been sitting a lot so was just using the eliptical to get my steps in, but noticed my digestive track seemed to be complete wreck. I was trying to think of why what has changed and it was that I have only been working my legs and the rest of my body was not really in movement. This was exactly what I needed, easy no, but loved it and will plan to save to do again perhaps with a little more cordination :)

I’m a high school xc runner and i am out from running right now with an injury. I usually run miles and miles a day and am in good cardio shape. this class is the most amazing thing for me right now because i get my heart rate up to where it gets when I run and i feel exhausted when I’m done. thank you so much for this class and keeping me in shape!

I have to say that I didn't have very high expectations when I found this channel, I don't even remember how I found it but man I have to say I'm so glad I did! You remind me of one of my trainers from my pump class at the gym whom I haven't seen it since the pandemic started. She was so loud and would talk a lot during the workouts, just like you haha, but I feel I need that to keep me motivated! Your workouts are awesome and everytime I play your videos I feel you are training right here with me in my living room. You are A-mazing !

Thank you for great movements. I made some changes for myself to fit better for my own condition and style to workout. I do movements more slowly (better for myself) and when I learned to do movements well - I took volume off in this video and add my favorite music background when I exercise. I also shared these movements for 2-3 different exercise period. All these changes I did it to fit better for myself and my own condition. But main thank you comes that these movements are very fine :) In general I do home workout every second day...before I did every day and I was tired and got easily back or knee problem but now after trying different ways I find what work out for me.Doing more slowly and not everyday but I still see positive impact in my health and condition. So tip for everyone...use these great youtube exercise videos to motivate you to do it in your own way :)

I NEVER EVER EVER did a 50 mins workout before: EVERRR!! Um, it felt like 15 mins NO JOKE! This was amazing, and honestly, not as challenging as I expected because you were leading it!! I was laughing the entire time at my not so good balance skills, my omg shaky legs, and your funny jokes along the way! You are seriously the best, I can’t get enough 🙌🏽. I can count this as a leg workout 😂. I LOVE barre and I’m definitely trying your 2 barre strong soon 💓🙏🏼

I love it; the variety in the moves, the minimum breaks (didn't even realize that tbh!), the mix between strength and cardio (and minimal jumping, my knees are thanking me!), and of course THE SWEAT! I’m 25 weeks pregnant, and had a hard time with this one. Trying to tell myself it’s okay but I’m such a perfectionist😅 I thought this would be a nice chill cardio but this was so difficult for my coordination, and I do strength and HIIT workouts regularly. I will try this again! Barre is something else for sure!

This was fun! Loved how you combined many genres into one workout. Just a little info to share- really fast lunches with weights can get sloppy and stress the shoulder joint. I’ve had major shoulder surgery and quality and form are more important than swinging and fast pace. Can’t wait to do more of your workouts!
