    I absolutely loved when Rachel talked about not being graceful and doing this at home with no one watching!!! That is exactly it. I love strength training and feel strong doing it but I feel silly doing the Pilates workouts but I try my best to

    Loved this! Haven’t worked out for 3 weeks due to travel and illness. This was great to get the body moving again, heart pumping and get a little sweat on.

    There was a time when I couldn't imagine not having a barre studio membership. Now I am so grateful for all these home workouts and the 3-2-8 method; being able to work out without leaving the house, with various weights and mini-bands available to me, and a fan blowing right into my face (hello, Texas heat and humidity) is priceless. I would love to see a version of this workout with a chair and some good old pretzel moves!

    I love your barre/pilate classes! I could really feel my core through this whole workout, and quite surprised how much my arms were feeling it! I decided to follow the 3-2-8 plan this week with adding this in as the Pilates class for today. I would love to see a 3-2-8 workout plan again in the future. Thank you for all you do!

    Holy stinking ! Don't let "barre" fool you into thinking this is easy - this was such a mind body challenge. I was shaking and dripping through the entire workout. Going to love this 2-week barre challenge. Will repeat this workout in 2 weeks to see how much I improve!🔥🔥🔥

    I normally do not like barre but I LOVED this! I thought this would be a good “recovery” workout after I did the power Pilates yesterday but boy was I wrong! This was killer, I’d happily do more of these👏🏼

    Hi! I did this workout two weeks ago, and it KILLED ME!!! Like, by the end, I was flopping around like a dying, sweaty fish. I completed the two-week barre/pilates program and came back to this workout today, and it was a completely different experience. I'm absolutely stunned by the progress I made over the last two weeks. Love you guys!

    This was literally perfect for me! This was one of the absolute funnest workouts and I burned some sweat as well, yes! I love Pilates and barre, it always shows me how much more capable I am than I think! It’s a definite ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for me! 100% recommend even for beginners I think 😊

    I'm 21 weeks into my second pregnancy and have been following your barre series to minimize back pain (and also stay strong to keep up with my toddler!) I woke up today with my back killing me but I knew I had to move. This workout was exactly what I needed! 🙏 I followed Rachel for mods and took a wider stance for squats. No more back pain by the end and I felt strong and athletic! Thank you!

    This was Amazing! I've been doing your workouts for a couple of years and I usually use 20 to 25 lbs. But I also usually only have time for a quick 20-minute workout. This one is the hardest one I have done in a long time and I was only using 8lbs. Definitely one I will come back to.

    I agree with Rachel, this was SO out of my comfort zone but I’m glad to switch it up every once in a while. I felt every muscle of my body fire up during this workout. My favorite move was the deadlift chair squat push out to chair squat and I loved all the cardio mixed in!!

    Week 2 of training for a 10k trail run (a first for me!) and I’m usually one to begrudgingly do your barre ish workouts as I prefer hiit and strength training. But, I’m thankful for the 2 weeks of barre-type workouts as I’m training and running! Loved it!

    I loved this, I love something different when I don't really want to exercise or need something different and like you said not a graceful dancer [you do look gracefull by the way] but I always feel closer to a ballerina then an elephant plodding around. Way to go girls.

    I’m with Rachel I am glad no one could see me because it wasn’t graceful, but I love how challenging these barre workouts can be. I am always sore the next day because I have to balance and work all of the tiny stabilizing muscles, I guess. I love the 3-2-8 format.

    Thought I would check this out as I normally I skip the barre / pilates workouts. My co-ordination is useless, as are my attempts at being graceful 🤭but this workout looks managable, with the mixed in strength and cardio. Going to try this tomorrow morning.       Going to do day 2 tomorrow so maybe Barre/ pilates is my thing after all ☺

    It was a bit fast for me, but I turned down the speed to 0.75, that was fine. For the rest, thanks!

      ​@@robinlulich4788Go to the gear button next to CC and click on "playback speed" and choose the speed. This is what I do for all the NML workouts. Hope this helps.

      @@robinlulich4788 you need to click on the right hand side - on the third symbol from the left (looks like a screw) click on it - and there you will find the option in the menu.

    Definitely out of my comfort zone. I have a question also, I find my back getting injured a lot lately and I was wondering if there is a coralation between menopausal hip pains and the lower back injuries?

    This is why compound movements - exercises that engage more than one joint---are superior for calorie burn compared to isolation exercises. The body expends about five calories of energy to consume 1 liter of oxygen 1.
    So, because multi-joint exercises that engage more muscles require more oxygen, the net energy expenditure is higher.
    Exercises that involve more muscle tissue require more oxygen, which helps the body increase its net energy expenditure.
    IMPOSSIBLE IS NOT AN OPTION BUT POSSIBLE IS
