Just to let NML know (if they even see this) I have NEVER stuck with a routine of exercising. I was a lazy child, and since February of this year I've stuck with this channel for weekly exercises. Even when I dont feel like doing it or quitting in the middle of a video, I haven't given up yet. So, THANK YOU for what you do. For switching up the routines so you dont get bored with the same exercises. You are life changing!!!

This has quickly become one of my favorite workouts since it came out, I love the weights and fast paced with the cardio. If I’m ever traveling or going to be in a car or on a plane, this is a great one to do before. Love it!❤
Second time completing this workout and it’s def a favorite for indoor cardio. Will be keeping this in my back pocket for days when I can’t get outdoor steps in 🎉🙏🙌❤️❤️

Wow, having the band on really upped the level of difficulty. I used 17 and 20 lbs for this workout. It was an excellent format . That last circuit, my quads and outer thighs, were on fire.
Oh my gosh! After this morning’s nerve talk, I gave myself permission to modify as needed! 19 days post meniscus “clip & clean” and because of the strength I’ve built with your workouts, it’s a speedy recovery and I could do this workout with intention on my form, shallow ROM in sx knee & lighter weights. But heart rate HIGH! First day back at work yesterday and couldn’t help lift a 190lb dog, so continuing to build back ROM/strength combo! I cannot thank you enough for pre-surgery strength, recovery mat/seated workouts and today this one & will do arms next! 🔥🫶🏻🙏🙏🙏

In the last six years I’ve gone from starting at 5lb weights to using 15-20lbs and gone through 3 life threatening preclamptic pregnancies in that time too. I’m so grateful for these workouts that have helped me physically recover and be an active mom for my three littles!! It’s been a long journey but so worth it!

That was so fun and effective!! Every move was creative and satisfying, I especially loved the alternating row/tap back and staggered deadlift with the leg lift. My spirit really needed this pick me up today ladies, thank you! That was also my first time for the mini band sweat ring 😂

This workout was AWESOME and definitely not easy! My resistance band broke in the middle of the workout (thankfully I had a backup), that's how you know you were putting in the work! 💪
