    I find myself coming back to this workout on "just cardio days" (no such thing lol) or pairing it with arm day! Love it! Would love a 40 minute version!!

    What I love about this - it’s all standing, no repeats, dumbbells involved (not just cardio) and the time is a perfect topper to your other 30 minute workouts that I do. Would love to see more of these mini sweat sessions. Thanks Lindsay!

    I love that Rachel said she would do this first thing in the morning and you said or at the end of the week, especially in Winter. It's 6:30pm on a Tuesday in August. 😅 It still was just what I needed to not blow off the workout!!

    This was great to do during round 2 of BUILD30! The first round, I was too sore & tired to do any “extra” workouts during the weekend. Now, I’m feeling less sore & able to fit this one in! It felt SO good to reach for lighter weights and cardio! 😂

    I love how my heart rate stays up during the strength portions of the workouts, it’s really hard to find online workouts that build strength yet keep my heart rate up. I work out at home and use online resources every day. Love your channel. Thank you

    I didn’t even do this workout yet and I’m in love with it! I love that it’s kind of back to some basics, not a lot of jumping and even with all the injuries I have right now, I can totally do modified moves! I think you should do one of these every week…make it a 30-40 min version! Love this!

I only had to substitute a couple of the extra tapping exercises with my own to minimise disturbing neighbours. Absolutely love your channel.

    LOVE LOVE LOVE this - would really like to see more of these and maybe a wee bit longer. In a step challenge at work & with rubbish Scottish winter windy weather, it's hard to get outdoors to get the steps in so this ticks all the boxes. Walk with strength. For the Win!!!

    Thank you thank you so much, I thoroughly enjoyed this workout and I will do several times a week. Hit on so many things that I love doing weights, kickboxing, working with my legs which I hate. Hope to see more of these in the near future once again thank you.❤❤
