Love this low impact & high intensity workout. I didn’t think that I’d make it to the end of a short 20 min. workout with only 2 x 6.5kgs and 2 x 2.5 kgs dumbbells. Your positive & encouraging coaching really helped. This one is now one of my new fave go-to workouts.
I loved the workout - I get bored with reps - no boredom here! I am just beginning so I used 5 lbs. I teach a slow flow yoga so the fast pace definitely got my heart rate up!
Awesome workout! I did this being 24 weeks pregnant , just used 9 lbs dumbells , listened to my body for how intense I should go and did a few different exercises at the end instead of the intense core ones. Loved that I could modify to fit my needs right now but still got a great strength workout!! Can’t wait to go full force with you after I’m pregnant! 💪

When I saw it was only 20mins I said to myself thats easy, I could do it twice to get 40mins. But I was wrong, Holy Bananas that was tough. Love it so much. Thanks for another great workout 👍👍👍.

I’ve been doing this one for 3 weeks now and feel better already. I noticed myself bounding up our stairs after our dogs the other day and realized I didn’t feel any knee pain or weakness but felt vital and strong! Yay! Thank you again! Excellent workout! I did this with 12s for the first time - I’m usually at 5s and 10s but we’re at my in-laws for the week and 12 is the option … and I did it! Thanks for helping me get STRONG and stay healthy! (Also loved the no jumping - my workout zone here is a 2nd floor loft and jumping makes it sound like the ceiling will cave in! This was perfect.)

I have just recently discovered your workouts in the past week and this was AMAZING! I have been in a major workout funk for honestly the past three years! I felt like I couldn't find the variety I was looking for (low impact, high intensity, and variety of muscles being worked at once) and so many of your workouts are perfect for this! 🇬🇧 I started your strength workouts 18 months ago having never done weights before and made fantastic progress! A year ago, I had a relapse of ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which flattened me for a few months, ie. climbing the stairs was challenging at times 🥺 With careful management and incremental improvements, I am back to doing your shorter workouts most days before getting the family ready, going to work etc and I LOVE NML more than ever!! 💖 I am now back to 11lb weights and though i sometimes have to slow it all right down or have longer breathers, I can feel the gains. 💪Holy Bananas 😇 🍌 🍌 thank you Lindsey and the NML team 👏

that was awesome- I love short workouts, but sometimes hiit is just too much for my body after working on my feet. So the no jumping was PERFECT. Thank you SO much!!!
I was not feeling motivated to workout. But I knew this was my one night to get a workout in. So I said, I can a 20 minute workout. Chose this. And it was PERFECT. I didn't lose motivation in repetitive moves. My heart rate was up. And I feel so strong, empowered, and accomplished that I decided to press play!

Excellent workout! I did this with 12s for the first time - I’m usually at 5s and 10s but we’re at my in-laws for the week and 12 is the option … and I did it! Thanks for helping me get STRONG and stay healthy! (Also loved the no jumping - my workout zone here is a 2nd floor loft and jumping makes it sound like the ceiling will cave in! This was perfect.)

I have just recently discovered your workouts in the past week and this was AMAZING! I have been in a major workout funk for honestly the past three years! I felt like I couldn't find the variety I was looking for (low impact, high intensity, and variety of muscles being worked at once) and so many of your workouts are perfect for this! I feel like I accomplish so much and don't feel the "guilt" that sometimes creeps up on me when I feel like I am not working out long enough. You are so encouraging and motivating, without being degrading like some instructors can be! So excited to work through more of these!

Well I’m 17 years post partum and still doing one leg. 😂 had to keep a slower pace (note to self, HI is tricky w no repeats) and use 7.5 and 10s.

🇬🇧 I started your strength workouts 18 months ago having never done weights before and made fantastic progress! A year ago, I had a relapse of ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which flattened me for a few months, ie. climbing the stairs was challenging at times 🥺 With careful management and incremental improvements, I am back to doing your shorter workouts most days before getting the family ready, going to work etc and I LOVE NML more than ever!! 💖 I am now back to 11lb weights and though i sometimes have to slow it all right down or have longer breathers, I can feel the gains. 💪Holy Bananas 😇 🍌 🍌 thank you Lindsey and the NML team 👏

I was not feeling motivated to workout. But I knew this was my one night to get a workout in. So I said, I can a 20 minute workout. Chose this. And it was PERFECT. I didn't lose motivation in repetitive moves. My heart rate was up. And I feel so strong, empowered, and accomplished that I decided to press play!
