Love the 20 min format! Sometimes 30 feels so long😅 As someone who works 10 hour shifts and has a new baby it's gard to fit in an hour at the gym. Quick and dirty is where it's at
this was my favorite NML work out format ever!!! quick and dirty and so efficient!! I have 25 minutes before getting on with my day and it's so perfect so get it in!
I really loved the crunch with the chop! For someone who has had 3 kids and needs some ab/core strength, the dumbbell helps bring me up to complete the move, Loved that one! I've been wanting to work out for years but have never enjoyed it until finding your videos through a friend, now I love coming to the mat! God bless you ladies!
Sooo sweaty! I LOVED this superset, it went by SO fast! Loved all the compound moves to hit multiple muscles efficiently! I specifically loved that arm curl, press, tricep - yowzas on the tris! And loved the up and over at the end. Thanks for making killer workouts for us for FREE! You're the best (and Rachel - I just love her!)
Really liked the short format - great when you're short on time. I got a good sweat in and pushed through but I found three reps of the same movements a bit boring. However I'll always come back coz I love you guys.
The format was quick and dirty. Sweaty, challenging, awesome. Loved the wood chop sit up move. My wrists were hurting, so I went to my elbows for the leg lift/lower and used both legs up and over the dumbbell. Thank you Ladies! ❤

LOOVVEEDD it!!! I have sick kids who woke up early & miserable, and a loving mom who offered to watch them so I could get my workout and stretches in and this was just PERFECTION!!!!!
Good short one for a Monday. Didn’t want to workout this morning and while I feel bad I didn’t go longer- 20 minutes better than nothing and I hit every big muscle! 🙌 Great job on lunge jumps Rachel - those are not my favorite ever. Lol

Love using one dumbell - it made the transitions super easy. Stack on, curl press, triceps felt so good. And I'm a fan of supersets and 20-25 minute workouts. Thank you. 😊❤

Happy Monday! Great WO! I love 1 DB. I failed on rows - just did pushups the third time through - I felt too wobbly on single arm, but I did the WO with a 20 lb DB! 🔥💪👍
This workout was fantastic! The bumbell sit-ups and wood choppers, were 🔥! My abs were burning! All of your workouts are great, but the reason I always come back to them, is because you get it! You know what women like myself, need. Time friendy, effective, and functional workouts that get the job done! You always include effective core work, which after 3 kids and diastasis recti, is so important to me! Thank you so much for all that you do!!!
I loved this so much! Supersets are awesome and I can really appreciate the 25 minutes with kids 🥴. The one dumbbell is so less intimidating when I am contemplating a workout too :)
Favorite move wood chop crunch! I honestly didn’t think I would be able to do it so I grabbed a 10lb but after finishing i felt so good I think I could have gone for 15lb. Can’t wait for the rest of this challenge coming!

This was so much fun! Love it when I only have to pull out 1 dumbbell 💪 and still leave feeling like I had an amazing workout 😊 I really enjoy the stack in exercises (curls to press to tricep). It really conditions the muscles to go for more reps without having to go for them all at once. Really creative and I can just imagine that this method could be applied to so many moves and muscle groups. Thanks for a great workout!

I am a day behind in the challenge - did this one today. Chose to lift heavy so used 2 weights for all exercises (15 and 20 pounds). Love this quick way to challenge the entire body. Thank you so much for this!. I can’t wait for day 2 tomorrow!
I *love* these 20 minute workouts. I just don't have the time for more (maybe 25 😆), and I don't like repeating the same few 20 minutes ones all the time. 20 minutes to make it count is my JAM! Loved the leg circuit at the end. Felt so good on my postpartum body!

Two things I am so proud of myself because I was able to do 30 seconds of consecutive lunge jumps which is something I've struggled with in the past being able to have the endurance so yay Second is there any suggestions for more advanced mobility moves I already have a pretty good mobility base
