    OMGOODNESS! I completely underestimated this excercise routine because it was only 10 mins but I soon had a reality check. I’m sweating more than ever and exhausted in an awesome way. I continuously completed most but not all of the exercises, however some were completed with the modifications. I going to stick with this routine until I can complete it in its entirety WITHOUT modification. I know my body will be kills after this. Thanks MadFit. You are AWESOME!❤❤❤

    Great 10 min workout!
    I’m 61 and have exercised my whole life. I’m on vacation and this was a great 10 min workout for my heart rate

    This is my first real workout postpartum! It feels good to have my body back, now I just have to whip it back into shape! Thanks for the great workouts that I can do with my baby next to me (much like your dog), and for all the modifications to make it possible for my weakened abdominals 😂

    I am 59 years old and have always been pretty active. I've tried a few other programs but yours are perfect. I haven't exercised for a few years (knee injury & life in general) but I'm back at it and LOVE your program. Thank you!

    Hi Maddie, thanks for making me active. I'm 59 and have following you for over 2 years and definitely I see the change on my body and your workout is for younger and older people like me. I can follow your steps with no problem now of course you are giving alternative . I have stopped worked last 2 months because of my neck and shoulder problem and now I'm back but I don't see much change on my body shape. Thanks again❤❤❤💐

    Maddie, your videos have gotten me into a healthier day to day mindset by always starting with an achievable workout before I start my work day and they that motivates me to keep going to do more throughout the day (walks, swimming, dancing). Also, literally, I have never felt more seen when Jazz joined you. Literally as she did, my dig Peanut, came over to start licking my ankles and generally getting twisted up in my feet 😅

    I usually hate full body workouts and only work on areas that I know I like but I am working on find things that give me the results that I’m looking for and I surprisingly enjoyed this workout!

    This exercise was my midnight cap 🌚i felt sleepy but my body was still on go. So I decided instead of wine let’s exercise. Now we feel much more relaxed and ready for bed and that glass of wine🏋🏾‍♀️🍷

    Please do more of these 10-15 minutes HIIT workouts! I like to do a quick HIIT first and then a little longer cardio with lower heart rate.

    Love your full body workouts... very easy to follow along even if sometimes I can't do the whole exercise completely. The instructions are so great. Currently recovering from foot surgery.... could you do some workouts for foot injuries or surgery so we can still stay fit?

    I did this for the first time today and at that last workout my mind was not working with my body, I could hear my heart beating in my ears and eyes so I had to sit the last one out 😂😂😂😂 but I will definitely be doing this workout daily and it'll be good for my lifetime fitness class
