    Going to do this for 10 days and see the results.
    I am also combining this with a relatively cleaner diet and 5k steps post dinner daily.
    Weight at the start of the challenge : 68.1kg
    Day one : done and dusted. Very invigorating. Loved it. Could finish the entire workout without taking a break. It was perfect. Neither too easy nor too difficult.
    Day two: done.

    Hi lucy. I am a huge fan. I've been following your workouts for years now. Recently i started doing a floor based workout for thighs and legs. I did that workout yesterday too.
