I am such a fan! I have been choosing 2 or 3 of your workouts each day for only 2 weeks, and I have already lost 2 inches to my waist and an inch of my arms. I cannot thank you enough, I have tried many different things but your style seems to work for me. Not only that, I really feel happier in myself, and that was instant. I did this video tonight- it has been one of my favorites for over two years now. I credit this one for helping my back getting stronger. My sports doctor told me to do core exercises for my back after I injured two lower discs in my back and suffered from excruciating pain for over two years until I finally saw him- you know, insurance companies make you go to several doctors and physical therapy which made me hurt and suffer more for two year- ugh. So I started doing this video and two others for two weeks- I couldn't believe it when each day, the pain became less and less and I no longer needed Ibuprophen to get through the day. Thanks a million- if my sports doctor hadn't recommended me doing core exercises, to which prompted me to see if there were any videos here on RUclips with core exercises (this is how I found you!), I cringe to think of the pain I would still be in. Thanks a million, Lucy- you have no idea how uplifting and glorious it was when two summers ago, after three months of doing your videos, how confident boosting it was for me to get in and out of a kayak WITHOUT help from my husband or daughter. I never thought that I would ever be able to do that again, that I would always need help. You helped make this happen, I even started mountain biking and hiking challenging trails again. I can't say enough about your videos and you, as my amazing trainer. I wouldn't go to another trainer- I have the best right here!
I just love all of your 7 minutes work out!!! After a big car accident un 2015, breast cancer in 2017 and a separation, your light exercices just gave me the strengh too get back un shape like I used too be!!! Thanks a million Lucy!!!! Great way to begin the day. This is my first exercise for the day. After work, I will do the another. I enjoy using weights, and so, I used 3lbs and it was doable. Feeling wonderful, now off to get ready for work. The awesome thing about this workout is that it can be done during lunch.

I did 3 videos of cardio , 7 days lose 1 to 2 inches of belly fat , 7 days of losing back fat and this video over here .. i cut sugar and have little carbs and walked 10.000 steps every day :)

At first glance these exercises looked too easy, but after several reps, I could feel that my shoulders and triceps were really pumped up! Thank you so much for these simple exercises that anyone could do anywhere. I appreciate how you motivate without yelling and I really appreciate the quietness of your videos. This one is one of my favourites, go to exercises. Love all your workouts but I love the 4 to 7 minute ones.

After many hours of searching on RUclips for good excersise videos to do at home, I have finally found my all-time favourite instructor! Lucy, I have never excersised so much in my life before! Not only am I getting so much more confidence in my body and being able to wear clothes I never thought I would, your videos are so fun and have helped me lose baby weight too.

I am going to start this!! I'll do the belly workout on weekends in the morning and the leg workout at night. On weekdays i will only do the bellyfat one. On Wednesdays and Fridays i would do the bellyfat along with the arms+ waist workout and then ill switch to doing the morning workout on weekend mornings and the bellyfat and leg workout at weekend nights !! Best of luck to everyone !!

I pulled a groin muscle and was afraid that the side bends were going to be too stressful but, I felt no more than I have while doing the p.t. stretches! Thank you for an excellent program exercise!
