It's not *just* her totally catchy routines; Lucy has absolutely the most infective energy. I love how in some of her vids she'll say "for the first day you can listen to my instruction- after put on your favourite jams for your workout routine", and I just can't! I love doing routines with her narration. It's so fun, and a good break from blasting music while running xx

Omg, thank you so much for sharing about her Ted Talk. I didn't know she did one! Her story is truly inspiring and I teared up as well. There's so much more to her than I'd realised and it's made me love her and what she does even more! I'm currently learning Web Development and it's a struggle so the fact that she managed to learn that and make an app, learn editing etc. baffles me and also motivates me into thinking that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I’m 3 years late to the game, but I had to comment in case someone else had the same experience. My knees have never done squats well because of lovely genetics and arthritis. I saw a video where you can do squats with your feet facing left/right directions. This has helped, but it still hurts a bit. THEN for the first time ever, you said to keep the toes lifted so as to not put pressure in the knees! What a huge difference that made too! No pain this time! This was the lowest that I was able to squat in like…ever! Thank you for that tip! ❤
just found this wonderful person a month ago, where have I been, under a rock or something???? I am trying different ones every day, took more than 7 days to notice a difference but it's mostly bec I wasn't being extremely careful about food, plus I'm 63. I have been doing this workout and 7 min belly workout for about 2 years now and i just cant stop doing it .it's effective and easy and makes me feel amazing I've lost 8 kgs with Lucy's help
Great exercises. After a year and a half of supplementing my income working as a CSR sitting on my bum all day, I lost a lot of muscle (yes, I finally quit and started dedicating time to myself). Only one week into Lucy's programs, I am starting to see results. She beautifully targets specific muscle groups -- I add light weights to some of her routines to intensify the work-out. I am very slim and definitely want my muscles back quickly.
Wonderful I love all of your work out not too demanding it's make me want to do more because of the way that you have done it it encouraged me that a woman over 50 is able to do something to make her body looking and feeling better it make me feel lighter your exercise make me feel younger it giving me this different glow and it lift my my bum and my waist is getting smaller not reach to the point where I needed it to be you know I my abs need to get tighter but I can see the improvement in your workout thank you God bless you

I cut out gluten and dairy and on 12th August I started my calorie deficit (1200 and keeping fat below 38g daily) I have a bike machine and have been doing on average 4-5 10 minute stints and some of your workouts usually 2 7 minute ones and the 3 min arm workout plus a glute band burn and resistance band workout which takes around 15mins non stop. I have lost 2.3 kg or 5 lbs since the 12th August. Thank you - your upbeat workouts have really helped to keep me motivated and I doubt I would have managed half so well without you. I tend to have lost a total of 10kg by end October...I am quite tall at 5'11". I did base all this on my base metabolic rate and either by excercise or stringently keeping to the diet I manage to keep to it. The Nutracheck app has been great and I have been logging all these yummy tofu dishes and other plant based dishes. I found out that I am not a vegan because I still eat fish, egg and very occasionally goat cheese as it doesnt affect my IBS. Thanks again Youre one of the high spots of my day! I dont know if youre aware but the App does recognise your workouts.
Hey Lucy I've just started using your series of 7 minute exercise programmes as I was bored with my previous ones. Amazing is all I can say. I know when I have really been challenged because I am not a person who sweats much after exercising and not because I am not working hard, but I sweat buckets after doing your workouts and I can really feel them working and challenging me. The best part is that they target all the areas I need and only being 7 minutes long they are achievable in my busy day, so a big thank you and I will definitely explore more of your videos/workouts.

Thanks for this workout. I have troubles with my right hip. This workout, works out , keeping my hip from catching. I probably have one or two bone spurs on my right hip. And I have shattered sacrum.Trying everything but surgery. This exercise really has helped me and the sculpting aspect releases the normal everyday pain. I do get a bit of workout pain - this is good pain.🤪 Thank you.💕☺️

On day 5 of 7 Day Challenge workout .... really enjoy the clear instruction and totally doable in my busy day. I always do my 7 minutes in the morning and then if I get the chance I add the other 7 minute challenge whilst dinner is cooking :-) Feeling great and really motivated to continue. Thank you Lucy

@@zz-ic6vy sorta, I have alot of various full body workout videos saved to my playlists on my RUclips page and alot of them have quad work built into the routines so my knees have been doing good. Also got some sport insoles for my workout shoes to help with flat feet/fallen arches which also helps fix knee issues. An orthopedic surgeon told me it’s the feet issues causing the knee problems plus needing to strengthen the muscles in the legs etc 🙂

On day 5 of 7 Day Challenge workout .... really enjoy the clear instruction and totally doable in my busy day. I always do my 7 minutes in the morning and then if I get the chance I add the other 7 minute challenge whilst dinner is cooking :-) Feeling great and really motivated to continue. Thank you Lucy

@@zz-ic6vy sorta, I have alot of various full body workout videos saved to my playlists on my RUclips page and alot of them have quad work built into the routines so my knees have been doing good. Also got some sport insoles for my workout shoes to help with flat feet/fallen arches which also helps fix knee issues. An orthopedic surgeon told me it’s the feet issues causing the knee problems plus needing to strengthen the muscles in the legs etc 🙂

I could not complete all of the moves but I kept moving. Iike the 7 minute workout can't wait until tomorrow.I am 207 5'2 but I will not surrender to being overweight.I am looking forward to buying a pencil skirt and looking great.I will do this again tomorrow.Thanks again.Portia
