Guys I have been doing this for 8 days now I notice a huge different in my butt! It use to look so flat and saggy but now it is more toned and lifted and jeans looks so good on me! ^-^

Moni don't ever use any makeup or creams. Better get the moisture from inside and drink a lot of water. Creme and other chemical shit will destroy your skin. If you eat a lot of fruits and vegetables your skin will glow and shine without any makeup!!
Figure out how much water you need to consume a day and stay hydrated. Also coconut oil or any natural oils help keep skin youthful. Beware of coconut oil though, it causes some people to break out but if you don't have any problems with it then it should work wonders.

Wow. You are good. I always avoid these quick lower body workouts because I hate being on the floor or constant lunges and squats. You think of everything and make it so much better but still such a great workout.

I know l am late now but l gotta say that this workout really works! I have done a lot of other workouts at home but those didn't really work at all. Afer finding this video with all of the positive comments l decided to try it. I have been doing this for almost 4 weeks (l am having a rest days too) and after the first week l noticed that the butt was more lifted and had more curves. I am extremely happy and l will continue doing these, but l have to warn y'all that if you want to keep the beautiful shape you gotta do this almost every day all the time because if you don't slowly you'll get back at your starting point. And if you want to try it, go for it it's only 7min long and afterwards you are going to feel amazing.
Hi Everyone! So I have been following Lucy’s workouts for over a year now. But, I am not a regular workout person. But now I feel that I need my body to lift it and sculpt it. In the past I have done this work out. But I was never regular throughout seven days. I always go through 2 to 3 days and then stop it. I get lazy or I just don’t want to do it. Now it’s summertime almost. And I want to wear nice shorts or rompers and I want to look cute in it. I feel my butt is kind a looking longer. I don’t know. It feels big. But this time I will get through seven days. So here it is. I am 64 years old,love my exercise, I have just started your 7 day challenges,namely the Muffin top, the 15 min full body walking exercise and the booty lift. I thouroughly enjoy them,was a little challenging in the beginning ,but my body is getting used to it. I would like to ask, how often should I do the muffin top exercise for,as I really do want to get rid of it,as it does depress me when I want to wear certain tops and dresses that shape your figure. I'm doing this, waist and legs for a month. 5th April: done all 3 and other 10 minute workout 6th April: I got my period and was not feeling well, haven't done it 7th April: done all 3 + 10 minute workout 8th April: all 3 done 9th: break 10th: all 3 done

Lucy, I do your challenges, one right after the other, with a day of rest between each. I just love that you don't neglect the rest of the body. This is actually the third time I have done this challenge. I am currently on day 3. More than shape, I love the strength I feel. Because my glutes are stronger, I dont feel back pain after work. My posture is better- maybe because my glutes are helping my back and abs. Lucy followers: when she says to "believe" you can do this. More than anything this has impacted me beyond these workouts. This is key.
Danii White a bit late but, I would say eat things that require a lot of munching like celery, that would work your mouth a lot so exercise your face muscles hence slim down your face. I eat granola and I used to get tired of munching now I’m alright :)
Maybe it's not too late, you should to try Tanaka Massage - you can easily find it here on YT. I'm doing it almost everyday since 6 months and my face looks 5 years younger: lifted and with no 5th chin... I'm doing occasionally Face Yoga exercises too.
I've been doing this on and off for about two weeks, some days I take rests and focus on different areas of my body to give me legs a little break, but I've a difference in my butt! It looks more lifted!

I challenge myself for a week. I am 24 years old. Little bit background. I weight 56 kgs. My measurements Upper tummy is 29 inch. Lower tummy is 34 inch My hips 37.5 Upper Left thigh 22 Upper Right thigh 22 I am doing Lucy’s this workout & 15 minutes walking exercise ,belly fat workout, peach shaped workout. Alright! Let’s do this. Day 1: completed. Feels energized.happy. Was little tough but made through whole exercise Day 2: sore thighs and Hips.sweating sweating.Completed exercise. Day 3: almost didn’t feel like working on exercise. Just being lazy. Had thoughts of what’s the harm in missing one day?! But I didn’t. It was just the matter of 7 minutes. Made through whole exercise. Proud of me.

I never thought of exercise as fun before -- but this was fun! ... and, day two was more difficult. That is probably a good thing. ... day three. I'm alive. Actually I didn't get winded until we started move 6. ...day four. Seems to be getting harder, not easier. ...day five. Had to skip it, too much to do. Will extend out a day. ... day five, take two. Sweating, out of breath. Noticing changes, though. ...day six. ok. I'm still out of breath, but this is also still the most fun set of exercises I've ever done. ... and day seven. I've lost a quarter inch in my belly and butt, but I notice that those measurements fluctuate. However -- the shape and tone doesn't fluctuate! This is one set of exercises that I will continue doing.

Honestly, I found your videos when looking for a way to burn belly fat and started the 7 day challenge for that I never thought I was toooo badly out of shape but I lose so much water to the sweat that I find myself drinking the appropriate amount of water for tge first time ever. Also, I can feel it working. I didn't measure or take before pics because that feels a bit depreciating to myself but I can tell it's working.
Owwwww!!! My butt is burning!! I use this as a finisher after doing other full body workouts and I noticed I feel the last 2 exercises much more than the others in the set so I stay on them more. Like 2 minutes on each. That is when I really feel my butt burning. I believe it's working cuz today is Day 6 and I've lost 3 inches total by following a couple of her programs daily and lost only 0.25 inches from my butt
I LOVE your videos so much! I have been doing them ever since the stay at home/ quarantine began. It feels great to be able to stay active and healthy even when I'm just hanging out at home. Figure out how much water you need to consume a day and stay hydrated. Also coconut oil or any natural oils help keep skin youthful. Beware of coconut oil though, it causes some people to break out but if you don't have any problems with it then it should work wonders.
Maybe consume more vegetable and fruits than carbo or meat
drink half of your body worth of water every day and another tip is drinking lemon water 3 times a day :)

I know l am late now but l gotta say that this workout really works! I have done a lot of other workouts at home but those didn't really work at all. Afer finding this video with all of the positive comments l decided to try it. I have been doing this for almost 4 weeks (l am having a rest days too) and after the first week l noticed that the butt was more lifted and had more curves. I am extremely happy and l will continue doing these, but l have to warn y'all that if you want to keep the beautiful shape you gotta do this almost every day all the time because if you don't slowly you'll get back at your starting point. And if you want to try it, go for it it's only 7min long and afterwards you are going to feel amazing.

Hi Everyone! So I have been following Lucy’s workouts for over a year now. But, I am not a regular workout person. But now I feel that I need my body to lift it and sculpt it. In the past I have done this work out. But I was never regular throughout seven days. I always go through 2 to 3 days and then stop it. I get lazy or I just don’t want to do it. Now it’s summertime almost. And I want to wear nice shorts or rompers and I want to look cute in it. I feel my butt is kind a looking longer. I don’t know. It feels big. But this time I will get through seven days. So here it is. (I have never wrote such big comment on any videos before and and honest,without feeling shy about it) oh and also I was gifted back in March last year 2019 a Lululemon gift card and I would like to buy a nice Leggins but for that I want to work on my butt first.

I am 64 years old,love my exercise, I have just started your 7 day challenges,namely the Muffin top, the 15 min full body walking exercise and the booty lift. I thouroughly enjoy them,was a little challenging in the beginning ,but my body is getting used to it. I would like to ask, how often should I do the muffin top exercise for,as I really do want to get rid of it,as it does depress me when I want to wear certain tops and dresses that shape your figure.

Lucy, I do your challenges, one right after the other, with a day of rest between each. I just love that you don't neglect the rest of the body. This is actually the third time I have done this challenge. I am currently on day 3.
More than shape, I love the strength I feel. Because my glutes are stronger, I dont feel back pain after work. My posture is better- maybe because my glutes are helping my back and abs.
Lucy followers: when she says to "believe" you can do this. More than anything this has impacted me beyond these workouts. This is key.

Danii White a bit late but, I would say eat things that require a lot of munching like celery, that would work your mouth a lot so exercise your face muscles hence slim down your face. I eat granola and I used to get tired of munching now I’m alright :)
Maybe it's not too late, you should to try Tanaka Massage - you can easily find it here on YT. I'm doing it almost everyday since 6 months and my face looks 5 years younger: lifted and with no 5th chin... I'm doing occasionally Face Yoga exercises too.
I've been doing this on and off for about two weeks, some days I take rests and focus on different areas of my body to give me legs a little break, but I've a difference in my butt! It looks more lifted!

...day six. ok. I'm still out of breath, but this is also still the most fun set of exercises I've ever done.
... and day seven. I've lost a quarter inch in my belly and butt, but I notice that those measurements fluctuate. However -- the shape and tone doesn't fluctuate!

I never thought I was toooo badly out of shape but I lose so much water to the sweat that I find myself drinking the appropriate amount of water for tge first time ever.
Also, I can feel it working. I didn't measure or take before pics because that feels a bit depreciating to myself but I can tell it's working.

I use this as a finisher after doing other full body workouts and I noticed I feel the last 2 exercises much more than the others in the set so I stay on them more. Like 2 minutes on each.
That is when I really feel my butt burning.
I believe it's working cuz today is Day 6 and I've lost 3 inches total by following a couple of her programs daily and lost only 0.25 inches from my butt

I have been following your 1-2 inch waist, muffin top, pear shape and lower back everyday since 4 weeks and I loosed 4 inches from my hips and waist also the toughest flank fat. but I feel the size of my booty decreasing.
