Ladies! Just popping in to say I am a pear shape and have been doing these exercises about 5 times a week for about 3 weeks now. I have noticed a significant difference in my upper thigh - booty- hip area. Definitely leaned out all through there. Keep in mind I am attaching this workout to a long walk or a hiit exercise and I also quit drinking ha so lots of factors at play but take it from me this exercise works!!
can you tell does this exercise tones down a giant butt?

Hey sarah, is it really worth it to slimming down your thigh and hip? Because mine is big than upper body and i want to cryyyyy everytime i saw it. And i cant use any pants or jeans because ky big thigh 😭

@@adecahyaningpangesti9339 usually pear shape for women is caused by harmone estrogen dominance you may not have enough progestrone in your body .estrogen is essential for distribution of fat in your body and if increased estrogen and low progesterone cause our body to distribute fat only in hip ,thigh and buttocks. So it's better to have blood test for you to check whether you have estrogen dominance .
Although I was suffering 😭 from pcos and estrogen dominance for past 6 months and within this month I got 🍐 pear shaped body. But yet don't worry my doctor advised me to do 1 hour brisk walking and regular lower body exercise and good diet with low LDL fat. That's it.....😁

Started this workout today 10th May
Day1: Done ( was hard catching up with all moves, but still I tried my best )
Day2: Done ( improved by moves lot more than yesterday )
Day3: Done ( Far better than last 2 days, getting my control on moves )
Day4: Done ( getting easier to catchup with moves )
Day5 : Done ( lower body much lighter )
Day6: Done ( Was getting lazy as today is my weekend, but motivated myself saying " its just a matter of few mins", go lady 😊.
Day7: Done ( started with motivation but ended with satisfaction
skipped a day
Day8: Done ( Feels good after resuming it)
Day9: Done ( feels much control on my moves, and really feels this is working out.I can feel my lower body bit lighter now )
Skipped a day ( tired because kf lack of sleep)
Day10 : Done ( feels good to resume :) )
Skipped again because my weekend, however compensated with doubg lots of house hold chores 😁
Day11: Done( feels more flexible )
Day 12: Done ( I feel my lower body bit toned, can't wait to see results after 4 weeks)
Day13: Done (Feels soooo good )
Day14: Done ( wanted to take a break but again motivated myself to keep going 💪)
Day15: Done ( I feel my lower body very lighter, it does work. I am so so looking forward to complete 4 weeks plan to see some promising results)
Day16: Done ( consistency will surely bring some positive result 😄)

Latest update : First of all, I would like to thanks myself to sticking into workout routine. I have never sticked in such way to any workout like I can stick to Lucy's workout. I can see changes in my lower body, my clothes are little looser, my hips are in better shape now, thigh toned. I have never felt such toned thighs of mine ever in my life. I can believe this workout really can give desired results. I have my big inner thigh and I am planning to continue this exercise for better desired results.
Before and After mesurement :
Thigh=25 After = 23
Hip = 45 After = 43
Waist= 32 1/2 After 29
Lower waist= 38 After 37
Guys, as this exercise says 4 weeks plan after 4 weeks I will update my before and after measurement.

after 1 week of doing this and not eating fast food i lost 2 inches off my waist. i can't believe this workout works so well and i am happy i finally found someone who knows exactly what theyre doing!!!
You should try her 7 minute challenges. They might look and feel easy but they do work.

I have a typical pear body. I have 3-4 kg extra and they are all on my butt and thighs. I have been doing this workout along with the 15 min home workout for about two months now, not religiously 3-4 times a week. I also eat more salads for lunch and normal foods for dinner, just smaller quantities. The difference is amazing. My thighs look so much LONGER and LEANER I have never expected my lower body to look that good! My butt has also increased in size and is lifted a lot! I was mind blown because I thought these workouts were not intense and I believed that It would take so long to see any results. Thank you Lucy for making me look at my body with so much love now❤️

This is GREAT. IT REALLY WORKS!! Measured weekly for 3 weeks. Lost anywhere from 1-3 inches depending on the places. And I'm still going! In case you're wondering if it works... IT WORKS.

And I'm not stopping here. Just wanted to stop in and let ya'all know if you were concerned, this works so well. I paired this with her total body workout and her arm workout, occasionally focusing on abs as well. But did this every other day, did abs the opposite every other day. Arms every day (skipped one day a week to let the muscles rest a little it is SORE after a while) and just started the total body workout once this last week and IT IS A WORKOUT! LOVE IT ALL

@@adecahyaningpangesti9339 I do this exercise 2x a day for 5-6 days straight, morning and evening. Of course, to see the effect, it is important to cut down on carbs and focus more on protein and fiber. You can see the results within a week or two. 😊

I started doing this workout 3 days back, and its really fun. I usually used to get bored of same moves, but this workout has ample variety of exercises altogether! Hope that I lose decent inches as well. I'm pear shaped and always have to compromise on various outfits!

This is one of my all-time favourites as a floor-based lower body workout! Phew, it’s a toughie but it hits all the right places!! 💪♥️ I definitely feel it…..even up to 2 days afterwards sometimes!! 😂♥️
