I did this and another 3 minute workout of her for 1 week and I can see a difference
My waist has gotten smaller and when I put my hand at my waist there is barely and fat there
Also my abs line has started to show more clearly

Day-1 I can feel my abs burning and of course I don't have results 😅 likes for encouragement
Day-2 same as last time
Day-3 still feeling the burn and I'm surprised but I think it got sightly easier
Day--4 some times it gets hard but there's something about it the gives me energy the more I do it
This 100% helped be get a flat tummy (I did this in the morning)
