    I love that whenever i have a moment when i feel DISGUSTING and UGLY there is always a lucy workout which picks me up. And this always! Even if it's midnight and i'm in my pyjamas

      Dekim Tan just one 😊 and then i do another hitt workout or any 7 mins one 😊 or sometime i mix it with 4 min hiit abs.. all from lucy’s videos 😊👍🏻

    I did this and another 3 minute workout of her for 1 week and I can see a difference
    My waist has gotten smaller and when I put my hand at my waist there is barely and fat there
    Also my abs line has started to show more clearly
    It has gotten way flatter and I’m so happy

    hi lucy ! was too late for this challenge as i discovered you just now. i hurt my back real bad 2 years ago, couldn't move for 6 months and that is when i stopped being active. must start slowly, build up my muscles again, so i was wondering if you might have any videos for us beginners, who are willing to follow the whole program? i started a diet 3 days ago and i now need to find the right program to stick with. greetings from vienna.

    Day-1 I can feel my abs burning and of course I don't have results 😅 likes for encouragement
    Day-2 same as last time
    Day-3 still feeling the burn and I'm surprised but I think it got sightly easier
    Day--4 some times it gets hard but there's something about it the gives me energy the more I do it
    This 100% helped be get a flat tummy (I did this in the morning)

    Hi Lucy. I've had a baby 10 weeks ago via csection. My belly is gone down but hangs over my scar. I've fairly bad muscle separation too and would love if you could do a video to show how not to damage them further. Love the videos 👍🏼

    I've been doing your standing abs stuff for over a month as floor ab workouts hurt my lower back. Tried this today and my back felt ok. Abs are on fire but still, little victories 🙌🙌🙌
