I started doing this during lockdown- now its every day sometimes twice. Got easier and very happy with results. Short and effective. Stronger firmer and flexible! Love your workouts !
They are all great! I have a naturally flat stomach (I am pear shaped) but I've been bloating a lot recently and have not been in shape. I have been doing this workout every two days for a week and my stomach is totally back to normal and I am noticing a bit of muscle come through. I'm definitely going to keep doing this and I can't wait to see the results! Thanks so much Lucy!
I like the last one. I lost 26lbs with your help. I don't recognize myself. I'm a size 2. Went from 152.5 to 126.5. The transformation pictures and videos are amazing. Thank you ❤

#DONE I really enjoyed the standing version for two reasons. First, I have neck and upper back issues and secondly, I felt like I was getting my heart rate higher by standing. ❤️

At last a trainer who doesn’t patronise if I need to adapt - some of us have sore knees and backs through sport and you make me feel included Lucy even if I choose the ”easier” option although actually they aren’t always easier! X

So after doing the floor ones i went back n repeated with just the standing! And its amazing..im a bit outta breath the standing actually are Not As Easy you are doing cardio as well, very Fun INDEED though...love this!!
@@Varsha29108 I only do Lucy's routines and find they all work really well. I would recommend you create a playlist to include arms, abs, thighs etc. She also does a 'drop a dress size in 7 days' which may be helpful to you. Good luck!

Oh my gosh.. this was my first time doing this workout and I haven’t worked out in a least a year it kicked my butt! I’m gonna stick with it and hopefully I will kick it’s butt!
I just did the floor part of this routine & like how with the exception of the last 2 exercises, they all alternated between more neck-strain & less - it makes it much more doable!

love this workout...by the time I get to the lying down star, I am wore out...but power on. I do have a question about my left knee. It is very weak due to a hyper-extension years ago. I still walk, bike, occasional run with my brace...any suggestions on how to strengthen it while working on total body fitness?
Hi Lucy. This excersize is very good, special cause they are stand up. I have herniated disc on L4-L5 and L5-S1 and physical therapist always prefer this works to lay down. I try your with stand up..but when I do rotations or quick up leg i feel pain in low back. Otherwise, all ur workouts is great. I allready lose pounds and have results in my body toning. Pls..do you have some sugestion for me? Or can you pick some of ur workouts that will be better for me but still toning my body and lose pounds. Thx

Wow this one was pretty tough Lucy hahahaha. I began on the floor but after three I did the standing ones besides de last cycle one. But that last cycle excercise made me sweat SO MUCH. Hahaha. Wow. Ab workouts are the hardest for me but my belly fat is the struggle for me because of stress/cortisol/burnout. But even if I do a few, I'm so proud of myself. Hate abs :(
