I actually do a lot of weight training with squats etc but during this exercise I totally felt my thighs burning on a different level! 😯

Lucy that nearly killed me lol . I have worked out with you for two years but never done floor exercises lol . I was In a wheelchair for a year and couldn’t walk I have Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis two new knees and two new hips, I’m awaiting now my fifth replacement surgery done. I walk 6/7 mile every day and I work out with you but I haven’t done floor exercises for many many years I don’t even know how I will get up now lol . I have lost seven stone eleven pounds I was 18/7 and now at goal at 10/10 . Thank you so much for all you have done for me!

Hi Lucy I can’t thank you enough for these exercises , been doing your workouts for last 45 day’s and lost 4 kgs. Still have long way to go. My inner thigh area is way too stubborn. Started doing this let’s hope my legs start coming into a decent shape .

I do it everyday 2 reps and I can already see the difference in my legs. They are all brilliant moves. Lost 3/4 inches from my thighs

Hurrah! Another awesome workout to add to my favourite LWR routines. I love mixing a long workout with a two or three specific routines (ie legs, abs, or arms) so my body doesn't get use to doing the same thing on the daily. I can honestly say that doing Lucy's workouts have kept me happy, sane and disciplined during self isolating/distancing.

Hello Lucy, I have been a silent user of your exercises for a while now but I got have to comment about this new development. I tried this exercise before but I just couldn't finish it, it was Soo hard. So I ignored it and started the series two seven days challenge, I'm on day 4 of that now. Then I just tried doing this thing exercise again and to my utmost surprise, I was able to finish it without resting my legs in between. Your other exercises must have strengthened me to be able to do this. It feels extremely good. Thank you Lucy. Much love from Nigeria. I saw this one, tried for a bit. It's really tuff. But I have been doing 7 minute one and few others, got some changes. I feel really happy, I feel like, I want to do exercise more. Is it addictive? 🤣
Exercise is addictive. Anyway it is a good addiction to have. 😊

I also gotta add I'm 5'2 around 230lbs & I was able to do this with a few over burn stops but made it through all the way on my right leg...my left leg for some reason has always been the weakest. I used to bodybuild but I'm trying to get my body back in shape a lil. Ive naturally got treetrunk legs and this still was easy for me, THANK YOU! 💕
PS. It made me laugh that your cat came to visit because your cat looks exactly like mine and my kitty would not leave me alone too, it's so funny it's like they are exactly the same cat 😂 .. such little pains in the butt but we love them 😂💕
