Absolutely effective total body floor workout! I've been doing body-pump and yoga-Pilates for... ever, but have been growing increasingly tired of having to do 1 full hour of them. Hated having to do 4 series of everything. This workout is one that I see myself doing every day, and that's what ends up making the difference. Thanks for publishing it!

I’m really impressed with the progress I have made in just 2 weeks. I have been watching my nutrition for 2 years and kind of got stuck and not losing any more weight. I do this workout everyday and jog 2 miles a day with my dog and I am losing weight again 👍🏻

Lucy I love your work-outs but I HATE it when we have to do the whole thing 2,3 or even 4 times. I'd rather do 40 reps of each and be done, rather than starting from the begining. I find that I have to convince my self to keep working out when you say "now let's do it again". Maybe it's just me, but I hate it with a passion lol
P.S. You are lovely and your videos are brilliant
I think it is done to confuse your muscles therefore they work harder and get better results.

SAME! I avoid repeats within the same workout like the plague! Just seems like a lazy way to make workout vids longer... if i wanted to repeat it i'd just replay the video.
I was thinking about the psychology behind this and how when I get a video that says “if you want more benefits, repeat the circuit from the beginning”, and I never repeat it, whereas I did this video in entirety.
I think this set was pretty well-done but maybe for each repeated exercise there could be an option to do the same move from Round 1 or do another similar one of higher intensity.
Gonna do this now. Havent done a workout in 5 weeks. Totally not fit. Was a little more fit because of the workouts but my condition is so bad now. Gonna start again. Oh mennn
I just did this little workout, did anyone else notice she says hamster, then (oops) hamstring...I'm real out of shape ,so I kinda like that I can slowly add reps, good fer a beginner, like me...or rather, a returner...( To excercise) requesting supportive and encouraging words, please!! I'm not so great at being consistent....
What is this witchcraft??? How am I achieving more muscle definition with this 10 min workout 3x a week than I did in my one-hour barbell class in a year pre-pandemic?? I seriously just turned this one on because it was near 10pm and I didn’t want to disturb my downstairs neighbors and wow I felt the tone for sure! I personally like the two rounds in this. The first time I did it I was exhausted after just the round one but now I find myself getting excited for round 2 to come up. Thank you for these videos Lucy. You are an Angel sent to me from Heaven.

Went to the gym six days a week for 3 mths straight. For some reason, with all the travelling and school stress, I stopped. Getting my motivation back has been hard to do, thank you for this video, it is helping me to get back on track!
Lucy I love this! This is my new one and for all those ladies wanting to target their lower tummy.... this one really hits the spot. Initially after 3 days (missing a day in between) I wasn't able to laugh cough or sneeze without my lower and hurting! I have done this 7 times now and have noticed a difference. Thank you Lucy!!!!!! just found this workout and decided to challenge myself for a week! will start updatingSTARTING WEIGHT-138.6Morning routine- thisNight routine - 7 min workout 2 timesDay1- Pushed myself it was a bit hard had to take small breathers at times (so proud of myself I actually woke up at 6:35 to workout before school haven't been heaalthy and gained weight sooo)Day 2-same as yesterdayDay 3- was much easier than thee last 2 days for some weird reason I can tell I'm slimming down!

I just did this workout and was surprised by how much i felt this, I was a little skeptical, and did go in with a few further moves for the bottom as well but loved this video as an easy and quick work out for in my apartment
I do this workout twice a day. It's fantastic. It's reachable because only 10 minutes!
Smart..better than nothing lol. I think I may do the same. I have the shortest attention span!
This seriously works. I did this for a while last year and have noticed that since stopping this exercise, my waist and stomach isn’t nearly as toned as it used to me, and it made a crazy difference! I have never had as good of a waist as I did then! I’m back doing this workout and I can’t wait to get that waist back 😋

Great workout for me ! I don’t like lower body exercises due to knee issues from running but this completes my day & able to to do this added to my weight lifting. So happy to have run into your workout & will let you know my progress. Thanks again 👍🦾

I just want to add I have an 11 month old who was climbing all over me while I was doing this and it works because as long as I’m on the floor with her I can get it done! Plus it’s a very mother friendly workout which you can just merge into your busy day!

I started this work out because I lost 2 stone since the birth of my baby last year. Through diet. When I got down to my goal weight, I started this workout!

I really liked this one because it really showed me how much I have progressed since I have started exercising regularly. I reckon if I did this even just a month ago I would have struggled a lot more because floor based ab exercises always hurt my back but I completed this and I am not feeling any pain in my back and I am over the moon with that :) Thanks!

I have been using this on and off since 2018 and it’s still my favorite low impact workout for myself when i don’t feel like doing anything. It’s the only one on RUclips I’ve found that feels like it works

I usually hate repetitve workouts but being on the floor made it much more appeasing. It still left me huffing and puffing and I could really feel the burn. Plus I did a 20 min low impact cardio workout prior to this too. I will definitely I add this to my rotation. Thank you for this workout

Good morning Lucy! This is another gem of a work out!..I have somehow sprained my right foot and it hurts when standing/walking so I needed a floor based routine, and as always you deliver ❤❤. You have literally thought of everything 😊😊😊. Thank you soooooooo much as otherwise I would have felt guilty for not doing any exercise. As always thank you so much for all that you do ❤❤❤
Loved this workout! I have knee problems so having an alternative to be able to still get in a good workout was great!! I will say though every time you would say “okay that’s good” I would think the set was done lmao

#done 😍loved the no jumping today. I admit that I am a cardio junkie and I hate to not do cardio but I know my joints need the rest especially at my age (46). If I do this twice a day, 4x a week along with a balanced diet and 30-40 minutes of walking, do you think I would be able to see results in the first week, maybe two? Did this workout 2 yrs ago and it was so hard!! Since then I have lost over 100 lbs! And did this workout tonight and loved it! The difference in my body and strength that I have gained it crazy ridiculous. I enjoyed this so much and feel great! I'm going to make this workout apart of the nights I can't make it to the gym!!
