I am a fairly fit woman who jogs three times a week and does Lucy's videos on a regular basis. BUT this was HARD and two days later I was still sore. So next time I do the video I will do just two reps instead of three and see how that goes :)

After 1 week my body toned up. i did 2 times a day. Thank you Lucy I will continue each day.
