I'm back after almost 3 weeks of doing this 5 times a week. I haven't weighed or measured myself but my legs definitely look a lot more sculpted and slender! Did a bit of cardio too (not a lot) and didn't eat the healthiest sometimes (Easter!), doing butt exercises too, but imagine, I still saw results! Even in first week I started to see the bit above my knees slimmer and now its creeping up the legs. Do this, it works!

I love this workout Lucy. I was born with an inward twist in my hips that affects my posture and left me feeling self conscious about my inner thighs and the backs of my thighs. Doing this exercise daily has really changed the shape and tone of my thighs and I feel far more confident. I really appreciate these free and bite-sized sessions as they are easy to motivate myself to do.

This workout shattered the idea in my head that there was no effective way to exercise your inner thighs without machines! I can’t have imagined that in just 8 minutes my thighs would be so tired I’d be shaking xD 23 lbs down, inches off: hips - 2; natural waist - 2; arms - 1. Thank you Lucy for your amazing workouts! Lately I’ve been trying to keep nice and fit in quarantine with the following exercises:
7 Minute 7 Days Leg Workout
7 Minute 7 Days Stomach Workout
4 Minute Slim Arm Workout
Ballerina Inspired Workout
3 Minute Abs Workout
Please note before this I’ve been doing a 1 minute warm-up by you. I do all these once a day, all in one go.
My problem is that when I am doing parts including my legs and arms, sometimes they make a ‘crack’ sound as I’m moving them. I’m not sure if there’s something wrong or I’m doing wrong and if I need to change what I’m doing. By the way, I usually skip these.

I've been doing this every day for a week and I love/hate it! lol. It is a killer, so it must be working. But is there any way to get rid of the ad in the middle of the video? I have to scramble for my glasses and reach over and hit the skip button so that I don't lose my count and momentum. It's such a joy crusher that I know it must raise my blood pressure. I'll gladly watch the ads in the beginning or end. Please Please Please?

Love this for my thighs! I've searched through Lucy's videos for a calf workout to help slim them down. I run so my calves are a bit on the larger side and I would like them to be leaner--which workout do you suggest?
