    Hello dear @Lucy Wyndham- Read and hello everyone!
    I started today these exercises, and I will come back after 30 days, I promise ! My weight right now: 58 kg and I am 1,58m tall. I feel strong and confident that will lose 4 Kg in this time, making the exercises and eating healthier ( no sugar, more vegetables and low, low carb). Thank you Lucy for your amazing work💐.

    Hello Lucy wonderful idea, i could not do more than this for both familial and shape reasons, so it is definitely perfect. However, people that are not in shape would perhaps need a warming and stretching moment on each video, for on day six my back is rather rigid, but thanks a million times for the opportunity you're giving me to train actively and efficiently on an realistic schedule for me!

    Great workout for Monday morning, love the rowing and tennis 🎾 moves, such fun moves.. You don't feel like your exercising, just having fun 😅😂.. Maybe next Lucy you can do a Pear 🍐 workout xx have a good week ahead 😊 💋

    Hi Lucy, could you please do a video about each exercise details - do n don’t, mistakes like that
    For an example: squat - how to do a proper squat n what mistakes we should avoid
    Some workouts give us joint pains

    Hello Lucy, Love love love your exercises. I am recovering after cancer and you are a big help. I was wondering if you could do a 15 min with warm up and cool down designed for autistic individuals. The exercises that make the brain work are greayt and would help an autistic person, but they need a slower intro, slower movements until they learn it. Maybe a split screen with slow on the right and the faster on the left with the same timing. I started doing your exercises with my autistic daughter but she can't keep up. She is 19 and wants to do them. Can you help?
