Hello Lucy wonderful idea, i could not do more than this for both familial and shape reasons, so it is definitely perfect. However, people that are not in shape would perhaps need a warming and stretching moment on each video, for on day six my back is rather rigid, but thanks a million times for the opportunity you're giving me to train actively and efficiently on an realistic schedule for me!

Hello Lucy, Love love love your exercises. I am recovering after cancer and you are a big help. I was wondering if you could do a 15 min with warm up and cool down designed for autistic individuals. The exercises that make the brain work are greayt and would help an autistic person, but they need a slower intro, slower movements until they learn it. Maybe a split screen with slow on the right and the faster on the left with the same timing. I started doing your exercises with my autistic daughter but she can't keep up. She is 19 and wants to do them. Can you help?

I really like this video, but the audio could be improved. There are blue tooth lav mics online to buy. That would do the trick.
