    It works guys. I have been doin this workout twice with the 7 min drop a dress , 7 min muffin and 7 min famous belly workout for 20 days and i can clearly feel my arms less fatty and toned. Arms were never my main concern but i did it and felt the change..

    No matter how many times I do this exercise routine, the arm circles kill my shoulders!😂😂 However, I absolutely love this arm workout! So much better than doing weights and push ups!

      I think it's supposed to kill your shoulders ^_^ You're working so many different muscles and personally I want definition between them so my arms are tight, toned and still feminine as a mother!

    Oml I thought this was going to be easy but I felt the burn. I couldn’t even do those arm circles for the full minute without resting 😅 I’m going to do this every day and see what happens :) Thank you for the workouts!

    I have a disability called "postural orthostatic tachycardia" my doctors told me that if I got into shape the "POTS" symptoms may subside! I have gone from only 1 minute of movement reclining to being able to stand for 4 minutes to do your workouts. Thank you for the seated HIIT workouts and these short videos allowing me to get great results despite my health issues.

    Hi Lucy! Loving all your workouts! My mum has very limited mobility in her lower body due to having her hip replaced last year. So this work out is perfect! She needs to get some weight off in time for another hip operation next year, would you consider doing a mini series of effective exercise for people with limited mobility?

    I started this workout today and will be updating you all every day! 😁
    Initial arm measurement- 29cm.
    DAY 1- I felt good after doing it, a lil burn but not very difficult.
    DAY 2- Today was more difficult, I combined this workout with her 3 minute at workout and the burn was gooood. Highly recommended.
    DAY 3- The workout was really good. I combined it with Gabrielle Whited's armpit fat workout and I loved it. I feel that there is a difference coming along.

    Yes this works. I do it everyday 2 times a day and all the fats in my arms have gone away. I can wear sleeveless now.

    I still am not used to this workout .. but done with week 2.. yay

    My arms are a bit toned.. I can actually see the definition a bit.. but it doesn't do anything for my armpit bulge .. so I'm changing my workout where I can achieve that.. but I might keep coming back to this workout..

    Hi Lucy!! I am a fairly new subscriber and am happy to say I have been doing this full 4 minute arm workout and go straight into your 3 minute (weight free) exercise video. I am a mother and in my 40's, for reference. I must say, you wouldn't think doing weight free exercise would work you out, but WOW.. my arms are burning after doing these two. Okay, here is my question. If I do these every single day, while still feeling challenged, will I start to see some improvements in my arm definition? As I said earlier, I only started about a week ago. I love what you have created here Lucy. Some people can't just jump into 10 pound weights without the risk of injuring oneself. These videos are challenging, yet doable. Thank you A TON! Not to mention you are a beauty. Please continue to help us!

    I used to be proud of my lovely toned arms but getting older means they don't stay that way, i swim daily aswel and for some reason my arms were getting worse...odd !
    I came across this video and its great, now iv got all my mates doing it as a challenge. its all the warm up stuff i did with my PT so i know they work a treat and guess what, a week in and what a difference! gotta say tho the first time i tried them i hurt the next day hahaha , love that feeling !

    Your videos were recommended by Slimpod, I am on day 21. Haven’ t done any exercise in many many years. I am 66 and have been living a very sedentary life style. First exercise done , managed most of it, will be back tomorrow and try again. Thanks

    I tried this before for 3 weeks..was really happy happy about it..and also done the belly workout and oh my gosh my clothes that can't fit are loose. Sadly my bad habits went back and gain more weight. I'm 70kg 5'5 tall 😢. Thankfully this video is here to help me. God bless you Lucy for this video you really help all of us seeking this thing

    I've been doing this exercise for around a month and man my arms are slimmer and much tighter and I have lost 2 inches from my arms.. still have a long way to go

    I've been doing this for almost two weeks, along other Lucy's workouts and hip hop classes.
    My body type is quite weird, I tend to storage tons of fat (specially legs and arms) but at the same time, I build muscle really easy and fast.
    I didn't measure myself, but what I've noticed is that my muscles are showing more and the days when I don't over eat, I can start noticing some abs definition. I'll continue with this until I get slim arms 💪
    Thanks for creating a fast and easy arm workout where I don't need to lift any weights.
    I want to slim and tone my arms, not bulking them, this seems perfect for reaching this goal :)

      @@isma1079 A little bit, I still have thick arms (more toned now tho) because I have been inconsistent and eating junk food, but when I was more consistent, I did lose around 1-2 cm

    I like this workout, but it would be nice if there was some comment as to how you should be standing while doing them. Feet together, legs apart, knees slightly bent, legs straight. etc. It is obvious for some of the exercises that you are leaning forward, but no instruction on doing that. Since we can't see your legs during this you just kind of wing it. I know the focus is on the arms, but just a quick comment on how to be standing during it would be nice. Thanks for the video.

      @@CoyoteCrossingSanctuary A corset doesn't do that either. Corsets are actually perfectly safe to use and wear regularly; it squishing or re-arranging your organs is a myth. You'd only run into those problems if you were doing extreme tight lacing.

    Hi Lucy I'm so glad I found your RUclips channel , I've been doing all sorts of your exercise régime's and love them all, I've been doing them since may 2017, i do 1 hour every day I'm just wondering about my arms they have improved but not so I can go sleeveless and that is what I'm aiming for, could you recommend or advise me further please , I have purchased your arm work out and I'm following that and trying to stay positive, I want slim toned arms defiantly, I'm 5ft 8inchs and way 60.5kg age 54 thankyou Lucy hope to here from you Joanne x

    Hey Everyone! I started this workout yesterday.... it is not easy!
    Day One: I was drained after I was finished. I had to take breaks between exercises. Starting with measurements 33 & 36 inches on my waist narrowest and widest respectively. Day 2: i feeeeeel the burn! But was much easier today! I felt movtivated to continue so i onle took one break maybe 10 seconds long to stretch. Will keep you updated as the days go by. I encourage you to try this.

    do they actually help I've done them now 4 times but I do not feel sore the morning.. And I would love it if she could do some neck exercises ?? I have the worst saggy skin on my neck and I'm only 57 , I look like I'm 70... ugh.

    Lucy, I just found you here on RUclips recently. I belong to a fitness group on a different, private network, but I gave everyone this link. This 4 min arm workout is our add-on workout for May 2016. I have been doing this workout 4-5 times a week, & my arms feel super. I love that no weights are needed to get a good arm workout. Thankyou

    To see results, how many times a day and week should I do the four minute workout for arms?

    I've been doing the 3 min work every day for a week and what a difference I have big bingo wings due to weight loss and thank u so much I love your arm workouts I'm going to start doing this one as it has the stretches at the end xx

      Chrissy Botan it's a workout your going to see results if your consistent with it like any other workout! And I noticed a difference after a week do it 5 times a week now

    why can I give this more than 1 thumbs up. I love these short set arm exercises don't need equipment can do them during my lunch there great for when your low on time.

    Ok I just found this exercise and wow did I feel it and I put it along with the 3 minute arm workout I have been getting good results from that one so I know if I add this one to ot I'll get even better results. Again I just thank you for all you do...
