As a woman who is 214 lb and 5 ft 2 this exercise was easy to keep up with and very effective for my body I can see myself doing this the next day and the next day
My joints feel as stiff as a board my back and knee have been playing up real bad. It doesn't help the job I have either, but my goal is to become more flexible lose weight and to minimise joint pain thanks for this workout I'm about to start right now.

Would LOVE more of these! :D I felt so zen while doing this. I feel this would be a great prep before my Yoga, Pilates & Qigong practices. And especially before going on my Bike too. I got diagnosed with arthritis in my feet 🦶 yesterday , also had a ankle injury Achilles tendinopathy since over a year so ive been in agony as so missed coming on LucySquad doing challenges in 2020 but sadly just cant now.
