    This and your 5 minute mobility sessions are perfect for recovery time during illness. Can't workout but need activity, it's perfect! And your presence is warm and calming. I so enjoy all you do for us ❤

    Thank you Lucy. My joints were super stiff on the first round but far far more supple second time round. This is one of my go to mobility exercises at the weekend when I have more time. Otherwise I do the 5 minute mobility during the week. Thanks. Super effective and fun!

    As a woman who is 214 lb and 5 ft 2 this exercise was easy to keep up with and very effective for my body I can see myself doing this the next day and the next day

    My joints feel as stiff as a board my back and knee have been playing up real bad. It doesn't help the job I have either, but my goal is to become more flexible lose weight and to minimise joint pain thanks for this workout I'm about to start right now.

    Great video Lucy, just what I needed as mobility and joint health is so important.. I am always working from home and doing this lovely workout reduces my tension in my arms and legs.. Was a very relaxing routine. Thank you so much for always thinking outside the box. I sometimes relay on seven seas joint tablets but they are so expensive but this workout is amazing xx

    Would LOVE more of these! :D I felt so zen while doing this. I feel this would be a great prep before my Yoga, Pilates & Qigong practices. And especially before going on my Bike too. I am going to share this with my Mammy & my Da too, as I believe this will really help them ( just want to do a 1 Mile Walk first ). Brilliant Lucy! I have been reading some comments in previous videos and they say that they are becoming addicted to exercise because of you. And I 100% agree & beyond! I am always looking forward to doing your workouts as you make them fun but you also tell us what muscles we are utilizing too & I just love that. Love it! :D Stay awesome Lucy!     Hi Lucy!! can’t thank you enough for this one. 😊😊💐💐 I used to have a lot of frequent pain in my left joint, but ever since I stated doing your exercise, it just disappeared. This is exercise is now part of my daily routine, the first thing I do after I wake up. ❤️❤️❤️

    Lucy, this video couldn’t have come at a better time. I got diagnosed with arthritis in my feet 🦶 yesterday , also had a ankle injury Achilles tendinopathy since over a year so ive been in agony as so missed coming on LucySquad doing challenges in 2020 but sadly just cant now. This has spurred me to start again ☺️😊Thank you 🙏

    Thank you Lucy! I love this one -- easy to fit in to the day. The focus on joint health is important. I appreciated the added information about how increased blood flow and joint fluids is nourishing. And interestingly, I DID work up a slight sweat by the end of this routine!

    Dear Lucy, it was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole workout. During this month of Ramadan, as I am fasting, these gentle movements feel so good. And yes, most definitely more like these will be nice and most beneficial. I am sharing ☺️
