The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!
Hello. I havent excecised in 3 yrs because of 3 diff. surgeries I had. Thx for posting these. Im 52 and out of shape n have diabetes now so I am ordering a thick floor mat so I can do yoga n cardio in my room. I have a bad back n had surgery 3x on my knees n hip and these workouts are perfect for me. Thx again for posting !!
Bob & Brad you guys have finally put me down with this on the floor exercise. I have a question 4 you. In order to do these I believe you must be already in good shape like you guys are. I am 80, should I do these with little effort and my balance is bad? Thanks Bill g.
Can you do a video on how to fix hammer toes, I have seen lots of videos but they have not helped, I really need good advice on how to fix it, I am also sure that many of your 2 million subscribers will have hammertoes but not know what they are, this will help educate and fix there problem. Please help me!!!
I got trigger finger/ tendinitis from doing the dog? ( first excercise) and plank. I got mixed up and would hold for 15 seconds instead of 5! Now I'm waiting for corticosteroid injection into tendon. It's depressing!
These are good exercises but you can't be setting arbitrary rep ranges (like 5 to 10) because individuals vary so much. You should do the exercise until the point of failure-- until you can't do another repetition. Then rest and do another set OR do a different exercise involving different muscles. That's how to get stronger. The exercises themselves are fine.
Good stuff, however, you lost me in your video when you say 10 routines and I have 11 or more? Started out good when each one was named and they said which number it was, but lost me after that. They really could do the video better if they followed through the way they started. Even at the end, the re-cap of each exercise would have been helpful. But good for beginners.
