- 7 Day Pilates Challenge 🤍 workout 7
Each day of the challenge I’m going to post a new workout. Beginner level do this once. Repeat this workout 2-3 times if you're advanced. Leave me your workout requests 🤍
This workout will help to work your outer thighs and hips, which helps to create lean legs and round hips. This workout feels the burn in all the right places and leaves you feeling lengthened and energised. It is one of my fave quick thigh series!! Enjoy!!

I’m surprised at how much these 5 min work-outs make my muscles burn! It feels so rewarding and the pace of these videos is amazing, it really allows me to focus on my form and movements. Thank you so much for another amazing video!

I found you while you were away & I’m so happy you’re back! I love mixing and matching your short workouts to create a 20-30 min workout of my own! I enjoy that, even though these are short workouts, the pace is very controlled & allows me to be more intentional with the movement! Just a suggestion: Maybe make playlists that categorize what the workout is generally targeting?
yes defo would be so helpful if u had playlists on abs / legs etc!
Just finished day 26 and ooooh! I love the change in style from the rest of the 28 day challenge. These 5 minute burns were so rewarding!

Hi Bailey! I absolutely loved this 7 days Challenge , it is quick and very effective I can already see amazing result on my body (I'm not on a diet but I eat healthy and in smaller quantities )
I did this with a booty band and I was dying. Honestly you are my favorite pilates instructor ever, and you are such a beautiful woman with a contagious positive energy.
Love these workouts. Been doing them for a few years now and by mixing them through the week along with cardio seeing such good results.😅 great to have new workouts! ❤

Wow, this workout is amazing! It burned so bad by the end hahah but that makes the workout feel even more rewarding. Your workouts always make me feel so energized, motivated and good, thank you so much for sharing them with us! I’m at the end of the 28 days challenge and I feel so good and proud of myself for keeping at it until the end. I believe that a big part of the reason why I managed to do that was the positive and supportive (while at the same time calming) energy you exude in each of your videos, your constant encouragements and the pace of your videos. I’ve really felt a change and I’ll try my hardest to stick to this new routine I’ve developed with your workouts because it has truly transformed my days. Now that I start my day with your workouts, I always start off my day in a good, productive mood and I feel so positive about any challenges that I might have to face during the day.

How can something so short hurt that much 😢?
Hi! I’ve done every inner thigh workout there is and I have no results? I’ve been working out for over a year and I try to eat healthy and drink lots of water I also run and walk?? How do I actually get an inner thigh gap??
It depends on your age, physics. Not everyone will gain a thigh gap. Then again, is that your goal? If you're around 45, look up perimenopause. You might be overdoing it.

@@gracevlogs4171 It depend's on a person's physique and their natural body shape. If you overdo leg workouts you may end up making them bulky cause of muscle growth. Focus on overall fat burn workouts and remember that you cannot spot reduce. Work out your inner, outer, back, and front thigh to make them thinner overall. Not everyone can have a thigh gap because it depends on our biology and that's okay!

You cant spot reduce fat. You're 15 and your body is still developing. When I was your age I also wanted a thigh gap because i did ballet my legs were more bulky until I grew up and realized how to be grateful for your body and all it does for you. My advice to you is stick with workouts you enjoy doing, mind body connection is real.
