    Yay! A new routine for the hips! Thanks Jessica! These also help to strengthen my lumbar (and sacrum) area where I have some deterioration in the discs. I hope your recovery is going well.

    Some people are angels in human form...god bless you! Using lots of vids..dealing with bad knees but not giving up. Stay well.,btw i am so biased about you i cant even watch others vids😅

    I’ve done this three times and my knee pain from weak hips has disappeared! Thank god for Jessica!

    Thank you so much for sharing. I suffer from a rare type of autoimmune disease that affects my hips and spine. Your workouts have helped tremendously. They are the one thing I can do when I'm weak and when I am strong. You are an inspiration . I wish you the best in your health and am grateful to you ❤.

    Thank you for these videos. You explain every step and that helps so I don't need to stare at my phone all the time. The exercises initially seem deceptively easy but I feel sore in all the right places ( something I do not feel with the other fast exercise videos). Thank you!

    Wow, thatbwas good! Ive been subscribed to your channel for over a year and finally sonething possessed me to actually get up and do it! My hips sooooo needed this!
    My dog wasn't very helpful though, she thought it was playtimeb😊

    I really enjoyed this video. I used a padded carpet as my mat. It is painful to do the moves where I am on my side. Feels like my hip bone is resting on a rock! Any tips to make it less painful?

    Jessica, when I perform the first exercise (lift leg, turn to outside and down) I hear a pop in the hip joint. Do you know what might be causing this? Is it ok?

    Ok, I'm not very good at sticking to exercise routines...I just did this one for the second time, and see my previous comment was 3 months ago! Sheesh! 😂 no wonder I'm so stiff can barely move.
    It's backpacking season though, and I need my hips, so I'll be doing this one on a more regular basis.

    Jessica, my lower legs and thighs are always stiff. I do stationary bike, stretch, hike, Pilates, stairs. I’m an active woman, hydrate etc. but still my legs are not nimble. Is that normal?
