i'm trying to incorporate this workout into my daily routine; this one is MUCH harder than the 20 minute beginner one i was doing from your channel but improvement is difficult so i'm sticking with it!

I’m doing this exercises since I found it, just a week or so, and I really feel great, I’m 42 but I never worked out in my life, now I stared taking care of myself, I have lost some weight, I am trying gain muscle but I’m so lazy for heavy training

1. love love love your videos. thank you for making everything approachable and non-intimidating. 2. why do you inhale when twisting? in yoga, the breathing cue is opposite... 3. do you have foam roller tips?/ can you please make a short video about foam rolling? Thanks!!
