I was a Ballerina until a physical therapist put me on traction (incorrectly) and I suffered a serious spinal cord injury as well as severing my trust in physical therapists! Until I found you!!!! My hip and lower back were hurting so badly and I found you! Doing this routine ONE TIME helped IMMENSELY!!!! THANK YOU JESSICA!!!!!💖
me, too! I've been having trouble in my right hip and the pain subsided quickly after doing this just one time! I will continue to do this to keep the area strong. Thanks, Jessica!
I have been in severe lower back and left hip pain. I used to wake up limping around for the first hour and waking up in the middle of the night in excruciating pain and have to take ibuprofen to sleep. Chiropractor said it's anterior pelvic tilt and gave me an exercise to do, but it was really after doing these before bed that I began seeing an improvement. I started seeing results and being able to sleep through the night after 2 sessions. I've been doing these exercises for a little over a week and see great results. God bless you, Jessica!
Have been using your videos for over 3 months now, i do a mixture of them daily! And i feel so much better and stronger than i did before. Jessica is fantastic, a firm favourite. Thank you!
I can't believe it actually worked sooo well! I'd injured my hips during running and after that, I was doing different stretches, rolling muscles and nothing worked as much as this specific routine. I'm glad I came across this video and I'll be definitely coming back to it.
Have been having hip pain that had been impacting my running. Painful after 1-2 miles and needing to stop. Have been doing this exercise for a week. Ran 5 miles today, pain free. Thank you
I have been doing this video and the PP one for about a week and a half now and I can’t tell you how much better I have been feeling in my 12 month PP hips, back and pelvis. I was in so much pain and your videos are INCREDIBLE! Thank you so much. 😍🤩💪🏼
Thanks soooo much Jessica .. I’ve been following these exercises for a couple of weeks now and I’m feeling so much more mobility in my tight sore hips !!! 👏🏻🙂👍🏻❤️
Hello, I am new, (and a Long Story, at 32 I had a spinal compression that almost left me parailized) I have been doing yoga for about a month, and I do love it, but I found you and did a hamstring session with you, was so pleased with the results I started looking for other videos from you. I watch the video before doing to make sure I have comfortable with the movements. Looking forward to trying this one. I will update after. ** Another class finished! I guess moving to lower back or pelvic floor next. My body hasn't felt this good or loose in probably 5 years!
I suffered the worst rhorseback riding accident in my 53 years of riding last March 25th. I fell on my left side. I broke four ribs clean through and bashed my hip affecting my hip, pelvis, sacrum, and low back. It's been an arduous recovery. I was in bed for five months. I got back in the saddle too quickly and started up exercise without realizing how much I had weakened. I had been going to a very good chiropractor the entire time. Structurally I am sound but all the muscles and everything are just week. I underestimated my age and all the lack of moving....I reinsured myself badly. So starting all over again.... I was afraid of a physical therapist. I am in a tough state for finding good people. I found this video and doing the first time, changed my walk and the pain abated. I am on day three and significantly better. I will be looking at more of your videos. I want to get into an endurance race with my horse William soon. No William did not do this to me. He's a gem and very caring. Thank you again. Gabi.
This is exactly what I've needed recently, Jessica!! (You must be a mind reader!!! ^^) I'm not quite sure if it has become a chronic sciatic tightness, I always feel weak and sore especially while I'm sitting or running hard. Yes, as you have advised, I'll have to include this hip relaxing exercise as my daily routine. Thanks so much!!! On a different note, your videos on SI relieving stretching really helped a lot when I had some achiness on my sacrum. Thanks a million.
Thank you Jessica! I haven’t been working on my hips lately and then I felt lots of hip and back pain today while on a museum tour. My body’s way of reminding me to take care of them.
Jessica: thanks for this video. Excellent combination of exercises and stretches. I have been doing several of these but you added variations that are quite helpful. Just a note: when I ride my bicycle, my sciatic pain improves! This might help other people with lower back pain. Thanks again for your assistance. Larry
Amazing routine! It’s a combination of most exercises that my psysical therapist recommended to me. But doing them with you in this nice gentle flow, it feels good not only physically, but also mentally…soooo good! Thank you!❤
I just found your video's after typing in "stretches for hip & leg pain". I have been having really bad pain at my right hip & radiating down my leg when I ambulate up steps /stairs. I was guessing it might be arthritis (I'm 62yo & weigh 124#). My PCP suggested I try doing stretches & if that doesn't help she'd order an Xray. I'm so happy I found your video on this topic & look forward to implementing it🛐😊 Have you been told of situations similar as mine that your stretches have helped? Thank you & thank you so much for your video.
This is amazing I have bursitis and arthritis in my hips and lower back. I just watched the video and will be giving this a try. I’m have a bilateral sacroiliac injection tomorrow so I hope this will help in the long run. Also have sciatica. I’m a mess. lol but I’m trying to do things to help my body. I heard of you from Rachel aka Rachel fit Pilates.
I am a UPS driver in my late 50s. These exercises are helping with my hips hurting significantly less and with more flexibility. Thank you for sharing.
Just Breathe with Rachel Greene ha ha! I did not get the chance to try it out yet but I’m hoping to soooon. Late work nights the last few days and too tired to do in addition to my home program and other things at home. I’m off earlier today so I’ll see if I can do it. I’m not surprised if I have an imbalance. Would be par for the course for me. 😂
I have a question. This workout is wonderful and feels great. My pain that is the reason I do this workout is primarily on my right. I'm just curious, is it most beneficial to do the exercises on the right side or the left side first. I do not have pain while doing the exercises.
Hello Jessica - I have bi-lateral dysplasia with bone on bone contact (I'm 56). I can actually do many of your intermediate videos, and I sit on a ball all day for work, so I'm pretty functional, unless I try to run. I'm wondering if this video will irritate my condition, or help with gaining some flexibility so that other videos are easier. Thank you - enjoying your videos!
Hi can you make a video regarding twisted spine scoliosis? My daughter is 16 and she have that abd i can't bring her to chiropractor or pt since it's expensive plus i don't have a job right now. Really appreciate this. Ty
I have had 5 knee repair surgeries, 3 on the left and 2 on the right. I cannot bend either knee enough to pull them to my chest. Any suggestions, please?
Question: I can’t sink back into child’s pose all of the way. Is is more important to have my hips bent and compressed like you are showing but to be up on my hands in more of a bad cobra pose kind of thing,or to not have my hips bent and compressed but to have my arms out long and my face on the mat? Both feel weird.

So good that you're finding relief from these videos. I relate to the imbalances from sitting and other exercises - daily rebalancing DOES help.

Awesome video
Looks delicious! I’m getting ready for work soon but, I’m going to try this after I get home tonight. Left pelvis has been troublesome lately for me.
I hope it helps!
I love describing stretches as delicious and juicy too! Good luck with that left hip...due to an imbalance of some sort for sure.

I love your cues for the 'Shoulder Bridge'. That's my go-to exercise for rebalancing my body.
Thank you!

I can’t wait to get my hips/pelvis feeling better. I’m in so much pain!
I hope it helps!
This felt so good! My lift was smaller on my problem hip, that's ok?
Sacroiliac and sciatica pains lower back issues are tough, daily stretching is needed

I am suffering from sciatica emanating from L4-L5 , also and the hip pain is very prominent . Should I add theses hip exercises in my regime ?
Hi can you make a video regarding twisted spine scoliosis? My daughter is 16 and she have that abd i can't bring her to chiropractor or pt since it's expensive plus i don't have a job right now. Really appreciate this. Ty
I have three different workouts here for scoliosis!
5:28 these are great 👍🏼
Are these movements also safe for someone with pelvic prolapse?
Yes they are safe for the majority of prolapse
I have had 5 knee repair surgeries, 3 on the left and 2 on the right. I cannot bend either knee enough to pull them to my chest. Any suggestions, please?
Just do the best you can - no need to pull all the way in!
My hips dont really hurt but it looks so uneven cuz of my scoliosis:(...Can your vid for scoliosis also help improve uneven hips?
Question: I can’t sink back into child’s pose all of the way. 9/6.
Injured in accident added this to what my pt has me doing.
