Even though I do loads of exercise....I am 68.....with 2 artificial knees and 2 artificial hips (skiing!)...I find my early morning tai chi plus A Lucy Session...outdoors....the perfect start to each and EVERY day! Thanks soooo much!

I absolutely love all of your recent 10 minute videos (love all your other videos also). For me they are really doing the trick to reduce my fat in my hips and glutes. I am noticing a huge change in my entire body even my feet! Thank you Lucy for all of your amazing videos it is a lifesaver for me.
This workout was challenging for me at times, but I feel like an overcomer because I completed it! I cannot wait to do this again tomorrow morning!

I like no music and slower pace for these. I have bade knees so concentration us key fir no injuries. Well done.
Really do love this video ( all of them), I find using the workout bands to be very useful in some of the moves here, adds more restriction and at the end is very accomplishing. I am trying to just overall become healthier and more flexible, Last month I was inspired to start Glute Isolations as well this video and other AB exercises and the cool down stretches and i've been doing that almost daily! I can tell, I am less depressed, more energetic, I drink more water and want to be more active, it really is a lifestyle change in the greatest way. I tell everyone about this channel, you are so inspiring and helpful in so many ways!

This workout is really challenging and the variety of moves are amazing. I tried this a couple of months back on three different occasions I could not complete it.
