  • At Home Bust Lift Workout followed by a Booty Workout. Each workout is 6 minutes and all moves are standing and no equipment. Do this for 3 weeks and you will LOVE the results.

    After all this time doing your workouts, I still cannot get over how such simple movements can be so effective. I can really feel this workout -both areas that could use a boost as well as my attitude:) So glad I did this workout-thank you Lucy:)

    No matter how much ever I experiment with different workout routines, I always come back to you. Your workouts are the only one that are both sustainable and effective. At the end of the day, I want workouts that i can do regularly without screaming ouch with every move. Thanks Lucy 💞

    Gosh, I really did feel this one, looks so simple, but 30 secs of some movements was tough, shows I need to do this one more often! Thanks Lucy for a great workout.

    I loved this! Low impact and works bust and booty, great combo! I love the new bust moves, especially the sweeping arm move. Good to see the t bends make an appearance too. Thank you Lucy! 😃👟👍

    Going to Rome in October and really want to look my best so starting the workouts again! Today is my first day! Going to try start jogging 3 times a week aswell so will comment back if I see any difference in results and ofcourse eating more better! *Just to add the 7 minute abs, the first video I found amazing!*

    I'd like to thank you getting me back in shape, I gave up a while ago due to some excersizes just feeling undoable to me but these routines you share are so easy to follow but are also really effective, that lateral leg lift really gets my whole face dripping, haha, I definitely feel it's strengthening me though as after 5 sessions it's noticeably more doable for me for longer before it strains me, but it's definitely harder than it looks, but it's very much doable, just thank you so much, this and your abs workout have become part of my daily routine.

    Thanks so much I have arthritis and have put on weight not a lot around 2 stone but I'll keep doing you're work out hopefully I'll tone and loose weight and help get a better body soon

    Dear Lucy,
    I can't thank u enough. I ❤❤❤❤all ur workouts! I'm 56 yrs old & have always been a tomboy (very competitive in swimming, volleyball, tennis, jogging etc). But have also always been a girly girl. I'm originally from NYC...
    Now I have osteoporosis, a bad back, knees & fibromayalgia & its very frustrating not being able to do what i used to be able to do....
    Your workouts are body & joint friendly, & very doable.

    Morning 💋 🤗 😘 Lucy.. What a lovely workout to do, its pouring outside.. Really enjoyed doing this workout.. I suffered with Vertigo and have balance issues so second part I did have wobbly but It worked out as physio as well 😊 😘 💋.. I did place my hands 👐 on a wall when pulsing my legs. Wonderful workout, thank you so much for thinking 💭 always outside the box and I will continue with second part regularly as I know it will help with muscle memory regards to bakance.

    Do you find that this exercise reduces or increases bust size? I've gone up cup size post pregnancy. Would love to see one of Lucy's workouts that lifts but also reduces bust size.
