I'd like to thank you getting me back in shape, I gave up a while ago due to some excersizes just feeling undoable to me but these routines you share are so easy to follow but are also really effective, that lateral leg lift really gets my whole face dripping, haha, I definitely feel it's strengthening me though as after 5 sessions it's noticeably more doable for me for longer before it strains me, but it's definitely harder than it looks, but it's very much doable, just thank you so much, this and your abs workout have become part of my daily routine.
Thanks so much I have arthritis and have put on weight not a lot around 2 stone but I'll keep doing you're work out hopefully I'll tone and loose weight and help get a better body soon

Morning 💋 🤗 😘 Lucy.. What a lovely workout to do, its pouring outside.. Really enjoyed doing this workout.. I suffered with Vertigo and have balance issues so second part I did have wobbly but It worked out as physio as well 😊 😘 💋.. I did place my hands 👐 on a wall when pulsing my legs. Wonderful workout, thank you so much for thinking 💭 always outside the box and I will continue with second part regularly as I know it will help with muscle memory regards to bakance.
