For anyone wondering if it works, lol I'll try this for the next 7 days and give you results, I will keep doing it until I see results I'm satisfied with. I'm a D cup so I've got work to do, P.S I saw an article talking about how massaging pumpkin seed oil also helps so I'm planning on purchasing that too

Day4: took a break, my arms were almost falling off 😂 I did the 4 minute how to lift bust video instead
Day5:✅ I love that my arms are getting a workout too though

I was able to complete it all but sorry I didn't update this.
I have seen a significant change in my chest!!! But I'm not yet at my goal
So I'll keep going till I get there

I’ve only managed to keep it up for 3 days however I’m feeling full of energy and getting into clothing that I couldn’t squeeze into before doing Lucy’s drop 1-2 inches in 7 days as said above only done for 3 days so I’m going for it to lose inches before my birthday next month 👍

After the first week, there were definite results. After the second, there were significant results. I expect after another few weeks I’ll rival my teenage self!

I am a Canadian living in Toronto, Ontario, I like to express that without your guidance, I would not be where I find myself today, I am today 54 years old, never looked better, also I am now about 5 pounds away from my ultimate goal weight.
I found you on RUclips in 2017, I was interested in a menopausal workout/HITT routine to help me overcome symptoms, without your kind words and daily affirmations, tips I may have given up.

For anyone who is on the fence about this workout, just take Lucy's advice and try it for 7 days! I've been doing this every day for a week now and I'm so happy with the results so far! I bought a couple bralettes last month that I couldn't wear because of the side spillage. After trying this workout that problem is nearly gone! Have RA in most of my joints including a fused right wrist, a replaced right hip and elbows that don't straighten but started this today and with a little change of some of the positions I managed to complete so keeping going and hoping that along with the other workouts I will see some much needed results soon. I am going to try and stick to it for the 7 days as I feel my bust has definitely taken a turn for the worst after breastfeeding 2 children and I am feeling at my heaviest so really want to try and shift some weight and feel better about myself! xx

Initially my arms hurt a lot. But after doing it for 3 days twice a day i can feel the target area. Will be updating after 7 days.
So its been more than 7days. I have been doing this since last 12days. My experience is this does not reduce your bust size bit it does give the bust a lift and a rounder shape as in not sagging bust. Initially i felt the target area but now i dont fell the pressure that much. Might try doing 4 reps.. but overall it works slowly.
P.s i have saggy bust and so my results are less noticable. Might work on others with less time

Hi Lucy, I want to tell you I started doing your classes about 3 years ago, I wish I would have taken pictures, I figured what's 7 minutes should be easy!!! This workout is for the muscle underneath the breast. As far as I know nothing can be done about your actual breast besides just loosing weight because there’s no actual muscle in your breast

I wasn't as regular as i would have had liked to be. I have not been too selective about my meals either. I walked 30 mins on most of these 20 days.

I will do it this week definitely and let you know for sure. But Lucy's other work outs are working wonders with portion control. So please don't hesitate and start doing them. I already lost 5 kgs so far without portion control.

Thank you Lucy, I really think you are the best trainer on RUclips! You are great at motivating people without being condescending, your moves are effective and not harmful to the body. I feel like sometimes exercise channels try to come up with fancy contortions just to spice things up, but it ends up hurting your spine, knees etc. Your workouts only make me ache in the best way!

Thank you Lucy, I have been a carer for my husband for many years, regrettably I have recently lost him. Unfortunately it has been exhausting and affected me physically and emotionally. My ribs are so stiff and my muscles so tight in my rear and front rib cage.Well, everywhere else too, but mainly my ribs. I am doing your standing abs waist and core exercise, and arm exercises would this bust one be good for me for those tight areas, thank you again as I am feeling more stable in my core muscles, I use to be so fit, hopefully with your help I will get that back....
