    Lucy I’ve really been struggling with anxiety and depression. I used to exercise and over the years after having kids and a very busy high stress work life I have put myself last. I am overweight, tired, and can’t keep ignoring the fact that I won’t be able to be there for everyone if I don’t start taking care of myself. I have started doing your workouts and they are so manageable for someone like me who is not in the best shape. Your videos are very easy to follow and I am already seeing results in the second week not only physically, but mentally as well. I feel better, my mind is clearer, and I have hope that I can heal and strengthen my tired body. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your videos with people like me who need help. 💕

      I agree with all you said. It’s great for mental health I’ve learned that late in life. I was working out faithfully. But after a serious knee torn ligaments. Caused by myself as I got up from a knee on the floor it felt like my body turned one way while my knee went in the opposite direction. I could have avoided this but accidents do happen. And I’m going to ease back into working out without any jumps to get me back into better shape than before. Thanks for sharing I have anxiety and depression as well 🌹👍

    I must say this!
    There are a lot of fitness influencers and youtubers, and I appreciate all of them for making exercise popular for free, but Lucy’s workouts are the best because:
    They aren’t intimidating,
    They’re doable , something you can follow with consistency. Something that makes you feel like a victor in the end.
    They’re short, interesting and effective.
    Nobody aims to target different muscle groups like Lucy does with her multicompound moves.
    I’ve lost almost 13kg postpartum with Lucy in a matter of 4 months. Actually, her workouts have saved me another time before. I had severe depression and those antidepressants (mood stabilisers) gave me intense carbs cravings and made me gain so much fat, especially in the lower abdomen. With her magical workouts and clean eating, I lost 15kg.

      I agree. They're so good if you have mental health issues. And I love how she explains the muscle groups and what the different moves are actually doing. The best trainer on RUclips by far.

    I've been doing this workout for 7 days. Just this one & I'm not on any special diet.
    I've lost 1 inch from my waist & 0.5 inch from my bust, arm & bum.

    Thank you Lucy! This really works! I see the results just after doing this 7 min workout for 3 weeks. I like it because it's only 7 min. I don't have to get ready to go to the Gym, I can choose any time of the day, I can even do this workout in my pajamas. And I feel amazing!. Thank you again So much even more for your knowledge and training.

    I'm loving these new workouts Lucy.
    I really didn't think these ones would be as hard but they are and it's good. I definetly notice a difference in strength as well. My legs and my arms feel so much stronger.

    I used to follow your workouts when I was in college probably about 5 years ago now and I loved them. Its been on/off (mostly off) since. I've been really trying to push myself to do these but I'm finding it hard to just get up and do it!! I'm really going to try and start this today and get a habit going. Thanks Lucy!

    Hi Lucy, I just love this new 7 min challenges. 30 sec and then the new move, it's fast and so much fun🥰 I enjoy the back challenge too, it really makes my posture better! Abs, arms...just great, I even look for it everyday ❤ Thank you so much. Aaand....with your help I lost now 70!!!! Kg ☺ I'm healthy, happy and fit, down from 130 kg to 60 ☺ YES WE CAN!     Thanks so much for sharing this workout! I usually give up on ab workouts because they're so intimidating and hard to follow through but yours seems doable which is why I'm back for day 2 today. I'm going to track my progress here so I stay consistent the rest of the days. I am starting out (in inches) at upper belly 25.2, navel 28, lower belly 33. I know I'm thin but my goal is to be toned and get a less flabby stomach. I currently weigh 124.6lbs.
    Day 1: done. It was energizing! I did it with 7k steps
    Day 2: went faster today because I knew what to expect. Started getting tired at the straight leg kicks but powered through. Done with 4k steps.
    Day 3: my hips felt a little stiff today but got it done anyway! 5k steps and this workout.
    Day 4: was easier to get through the workout today. I didn’t do as many steps because it was a rest day and I was lazy. I also started doing Lucy’s 7 minute arm workout.
    Day 5: 6k steps, waist and arm workouts done
    Day 6: 4K steps, I had a long day today and felt tired but I still got the workout done. I’m feeling some tightness in my right hip from the straight leg kicks probably and not stretching well beforehand.
    Day 7: completed the last day with 5k steps. On measuring myself in the morning, I have lost only about 1/2 an inch in my waist but overall I feel like I look more toned.

    Hi Lucy---I just want to say THANK YOU for alllllll of the brilliant videos especially this one as it is 30 seconds per move for every move. For those of us trying to tighten the abs etc it is perfect. You inspire me/countless others. Just 1 tiny thing. You usually talk right through each video as you explain to us what each move does for us. I must confess that at times it is tricky trying to listen to you AND follow your moves. Would you consider explaining each move at the start-----as usual -----then doing the moves but with music as we follow you. It would really help those of us who want to focus on each move rather than trying to listen to your thorough explanations and do the movements. I hope I am making sense! If not----please just ignore me and continue your sessions as is. Cheers!

    Hi Lucy. I absolutely loved this 7 minute Ab workout. , it's brilliant., I have been quite slack again. Ooops, lost motivation, but back on it now. Doing this one and. Few of your new 5 minute ones too. ❤️🧡. Need to get back, as I felt so sluggish, did hardly any walking, was with family, etc etc. But I did manage to go to cornwall with a friend to her cottage and it was up and down the hills to the village.     I just found you yesterday. Today I decided to actually do this workout and happy that I got through it!!! Thank you for giving us something simple for only 7 minutes a day. I am gonna make sure to get my 7 days... CONSISTENTLY... in and expect a small result! As long as I "move the needle" I am happy! :)

    Started with a couple of the other 7 min ab workouts 2 weeks ago when my waist was 27" according to a piece of string and a ruler 😂 now with a tape measure I'm 24" so lets pretend thats my starting point .
