    I’ve been doing this workout 5 times a week for 6 weeks and finally just made it all the way through without any modifications! If you’re just starting, keep going! Thank you soooo much for this Maddie! Your videos have made me fall in love with working out again after a long 2 year injury!!!

    I found this channel like two years ago and then I was running for track and so I stopped doing these workout. Now I moved and became insecure going into my first year of high school in a new place knowing no one. I just wanted to say I love your work out and there helping me become more confident in myself.❤

    Omg, that BURN!! I usually don't like ab workouts with talking, but this one was AMAZING! My abs were on fire & they're still burning. Especially right after the last exercise, when I stretched my belly. OUCH!

    That was nice 😊 I didn't feel up to anything too crazy today. This provided a decent challenge without being too hard for my lacking energy. Thank you, Maddie. Now on to some relaxing stretches and stress relief.

    Oh my! Killer abs is right! I did ok until the 30 second ab hold at the end, couldn't quite hold it that long. But I'm looking forward to doing this workout again and building up my strength. Thank you for including modifications in your workouts, Maddie, because I sometimes need them. I'm thankful for your channel and all your options for working out.     I saw your post about your body transformation from 4 years ago and I saw a big change to your breasts too. first of all, just wow, cause this transformation is incredible and congratulations for your patience and consistency. secondly, as I said I saw that change too and I was wondering how is it possible for your breasts to get bigger.
