Honestly I've been doing her yt videos for 3 mos and the results have been incredible. The amount of content she has for free on her channel is insane. It just takes your time to construct a plan that works. I finally bought a month of the app and she deserves every penny. You can easily build a workout routine based on what she has on her channel. What she is offering on her app far exceeds what you would pay at a gym. I understand if you can't afford it but stop asking this woman give us free content that deserves monetary compensation.
Can we also appreciate lillys music taste for the workouts. It's so creative and makes you feel so good personally. I like those type of songs and it's a good thing it's not very loud so we can hear her. Love you Lilly from Greece!❤❤
Her 5 mins workout are more intense than a 10-15 mins cardio or exercises and the funfact is that u won't get bored or exhausted, infact u'll never realise when these 5 mins got over

hi gorgeous , so usually when I workout from one of her workout videos (5 minute) I get results almost instantly but they start to strengthen if your consistent with it and taking rest days. I don’t eat healthy but im going to try and do it it’s just hard to 😂😂xxx
