Loooved this class Lilly! I love the guidance and form tips! It just always hits differently when we get those reminders in the session. Also did this class after the strength endurance session from the LEAN app. This was the perfect finisher to add onto that class too! For anyone who is thinking of joining the LEAN app, I honestly can't recommend it enough. We just completed the 60-Day challenge and my results have really shocked me this year! Pilates has levelled up in the intensity factor as well as enjoyment factor. We also have some amazing new Trainers on the app who bring a whole new element to fitness, mobility and recovery! I really do recommend trying the app out if you're looking to get some phenomenal results!

i have a question, i usually do 4 ab workous for slimmer waist and definned waist sometimes i do it morning and night and sometimes just morning and not night bcz im tired, i heard if you overwork ur obliques they will grow wider, or will i only overwork them if i use weights ( which i dont ), am i over workoing them by doing 4 workouts.? i just want a slimmer waist fast!!
