Hi Lucy. Love the videos and they do work. The Dr told me I had bursitis and now your kicking legs and knee raises, walking are all not good for bursitis. Do you have a weight loss program for people who have hip bursitis?
What about trying my seated 🪑 workouts - these are still good cardio and you can focus on getting your heart rate up and just using middle and upper body 💕💃🧚🏻♀️💋💋
