    Couldn't do this one 6 months ago without stopping mid way. Did your new 10 min cardio and then this and no breaks!

    The reason why I luv doing your exercises is the warm ups to start and the stretches to end, it helps me to eliminate cramps/ tight calf muscles which I have a problem with on a regular basis due to plantar fasciitis.

    I just had back fusion surgery on my lower back and have lost so much muscle tone from this 5 week recovery. Unfortunately I’ve put on about ten pounds , but now that I can do gentle exercises, I came back to your channel immediately. I always have gotten amazing results from your workouts. And while I can only do upper body toning, I see such good results using these arm videos. Thank you for helping me get back to my strong self! Your videos are the only ones I use because the results are amazing!😊

    What a burner lol. Just did this and really really felt it. My aim is morning and night....these are the ones I love. Short and straight to the point .....can get any better 😘🤗👌

    I have severe chronic pain, fibromyalgia, arthritis and 13 discs gone in my back. I desperately need to start to stretch my muscles and try get better range of movement and increase my over all health. Iv always been a gym goer and fit and strong but the last two years my body has deteriorated massively. Thank you Lucy for these work outs . I’m going to start small and hopefully increase my health and strength following some of your workouts ❤

    Hi Lucy. I have finally finished the 5-minute workout list with 13 workouts. I did every warm-up and the stretches at the end. I feel great and pleased with myself. Thank you

      I love it. It's day one and my back aches holding my tummy in. I have a Harrington rod with scoliosis. Determined to get these arms sorted.

    BRAIN 🧠: I can do this, it's only five minutes
    ARMS 💪: Are we done yet?
    I definitely felt the burn 🔥but my arms felt great afterward. Will definitely have to work up to 2xs a day and look forward to sharing my results. Thank you so much!

    Wow that was awesome, only 5 mins and I can feel the difference, my arms are killing me! Look forward to doing this daily and I know I'll get some good results. I enjoy the shorter videos as I know i'll keep it up :)

    This is perfect. Although short it is very effective done daily. Am now toned and feel stronger. Thanks Lucy. ❤❤❤ Update- My shoulders are no longer rounded. They have shape woohoo. Been doing this at least 3 times a week for 3 months now.

    Bro, your workouts are really fun to do. Today, I wasn't feeling like doing any workout-- but then, I still forced myself to do at least 5 min of workout. Started with your walking workout and then I got addicted and finished this arm , thighs and legs and then the waist toning workout. It wasn't hard to do. But it is making me sweat like crazy, way more than the hardest workouts out there. Thank you so much. Your workouts are really addicting.😙

    Love the arm exercise combined with 7 min workout. Will do again later this after but this week include 5 min legs. Really enjoy it. Feels bettwr about myself only after 2 weeks.

    Thanks Lucy! I’ve got my daughters wedding in the summer and drastically need to get rid of excess fat. However I had a lumpectomy, sentinel lymph node removal and radiotherapy all ove my left side in May last year. Can I just do as much as I can or should I avoid certain exercises?

    doing these twice a day really can feel the burn done the others for toning arms and they have worked just need these for my bingo wings lose skin drooping

    I actually can't do a full 30 seconds of most of these and definitely not continuous exercises - my neck and shoulders just cramp up - am I doing something wrong?
