I just had back fusion surgery on my lower back and have lost so much muscle tone from this 5 week recovery. Unfortunately I’ve put on about ten pounds , but now that I can do gentle exercises, I came back to your channel immediately. I always have gotten amazing results from your workouts. And while I can only do upper body toning, I see such good results using these arm videos. Thank you for helping me get back to my strong self! Your videos are the only ones I use because the results are amazing!😊

What a burner lol. Just did this and really really felt it. My aim is morning and night....these are the ones I love. Short and straight to the point .....can get any better 😘🤗👌
I have severe chronic pain, fibromyalgia, arthritis and 13 discs gone in my back. I desperately need to start to stretch my muscles and try get better range of movement and increase my over all health. Iv always been a gym goer and fit and strong but the last two years my body has deteriorated massively. Thank you Lucy for these work outs . I’m going to start small and hopefully increase my health and strength following some of your workouts ❤
Day 4, seeing some tone , def feelin it! I do the 7 minute waist too, on day 3 of that. Yessss!

I love all your work outs ! This one is a favorite that I repeat often. The ‘cat timer’ is the best ever😂❤❤❤❤❤
The reason why I luv doing your exercises is the warm ups to start and the stretches to end, it helps me to eliminate cramps/ tight calf muscles which I have a problem with on a regular basis due to plantar fasciitis.

I was doing another trainers arm exercises with weights. I couldn’t believe how much these worked. I love some of your other workouts.
Wow that was awesome, only 5 mins and I can feel the difference, my arms are killing me! Look forward to doing this daily and I know I'll get some good results. I enjoy the shorter videos as I know i'll keep it up :)

doing these twice a day really can feel the burn done the others for toning arms and they have worked just need these for my bingo wings lose skin drooping

Thanks Lucy! I’ve got my daughters wedding in the summer and drastically need to get rid of excess fat. However I had a lumpectomy, sentinel lymph node removal and radiotherapy all ove my left side in May last year. Can I just do as much as I can or should I avoid certain exercises?
