OMGsh!! Thank you for this video! I’m 67, in fairly good shape but have a belly I don’t like. I could barely get through it the first day but by the 4th I felt great. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the sound cues letting us know we will change. I don’t like to look at the countdown clock so I look out my windows and the cues call me back to see what’s next! I’ve sent this to 3 people.
I want to thank you for doing this. I have been so happy since I found you. I am in a wheelchair not confined, but I just can’t walk or stand on my own and your exercises really do help me. Keep up my muscle mass specially since I’m on a GLP med and I have lost a lot of muscle and I’m using you to help me gain it back so please please keep up what you’re doing know that people are out there. Appreciate you and also if you could focus just a little bit more on some sit down exercises or standing up, holding onto something exercises I would appreciate that because that’s what I need the most I’ve lost most of my muscles in my thighs, my butt and my upper and lower arms, and of course my chest, but we won’t talk about that

Thank you. I did a 30 min workout plus this one. My total cholesterol is 304, HDL 88, LDL196 and triglyceride 98. So I’m hoping that I start eating better and more work out. Don’t need to lose weight Im 96 lbs. don’t want to go on Lipitor.

Hi Petra, this workout is great. I am 53, working most of the time in home office mode, pretty out of shape, BMI 26. I did this workout todaty, got lots of sweat :). I will try to do it every day for 2 weeks, to start with. Will report on progress :)
