    Excellent workout. Just what I have been looking for simple exercises for the biceps and triceps. I'll switch out the shoulder work for front raises. I have issues with my shoulders.

    Thank you for always showing the side views so I can check my posture and make sure I’m doing it right.

      I appreciate these as well. Was doing the side lifts wrong and after my mom helpfully pointed it out, these side views helped me accurately correct it. 🥺🤗

    Pretty new to arm workouts, but just did this with some 1 lb weights. Was really great! Definitely looking forward to doing it more! Thanks!

    Thank you Petra! These exercises are great... and I love the "countdown" time for each move. Very helpful!! My husband passed away about 2 yrs ago and I have neglected my health --
    body and soul. Your videos have helped me address both and for that I am truly grateful + look forward to exercising every day with you.

    Today is strength day, and this is one of your videos I'll be doing. I do about 3 of your videos which gets me an hour of exercise in. On cardio days, I walk outside or do some of your walking videos. Your videos fit right into my exercise plan. Petra, I love you. Thank you so much. Oh, and I absolutely love the music!

    These short workouts are the best and feel like I'm making real change with my body. Please do a similar weight based workout for legs.
