Excellent workout. Just what I have been looking for simple exercises for the biceps and triceps. I'll switch out the shoulder work for front raises. I have issues with my shoulders.
I appreciate these as well. Was doing the side lifts wrong and after my mom helpfully pointed it out, these side views helped me accurately correct it. 🥺🤗

Today is strength day, and this is one of your videos I'll be doing. I do about 3 of your videos which gets me an hour of exercise in. On cardio days, I walk outside or do some of your walking videos. Your videos fit right into my exercise plan. Petra, I love you. Thank you so much. Oh, and I absolutely love the music!
