    These moves, you can do at home are perfect if you're just getting back into exercise after some time off! But remember, you need to take a look at your diet too - eat less processed food and drink less sodas. Eat more fresh, single ingredient meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day, if you really want to see results.
    My mission is to show you that it is possible to transform your body in your 40s, 50s and older! Most women I meet want to get in shape but just don't know where to start. In this video I show exactly what you can do to start exercising and getting in shape!

    I love these exercises! I love the sounds, the transitions, the ease of them, but that it's continuous. I don't need to listen to a voice, I just need to wait for the sound to let me know that another exercise is coming, and just keep doing it. !!!!

    Thank you Petra. I found you on tiktok and it was like hitting the jackpot, so I came to find you on RUclips. I'm disgusted with my fat unfit body at the moment because I used to be thin and fit! I'm in my 70's and it's never too late. Love these exercises. A million thanks 👍

    I do one of your work outs every day and just found this one and is my new favourite. I have lost 4kg in the last 3 months and I am trying to lose my stubborn belly. Hopefully it will be gone by Christmas. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work out at home for no cost. You deserve many of life's blessings for giving your gift to others.

    This so light even at this pace it’s causes you to sweat. So I started with hand gloves. If I not sweating I’m not putting out enough energy.

    I really like your videos as they are “doable”. I have lost 28 pounds and working on another 10 to hit my goal, but my waist and belly seem stuck. Hoping these moves achieve a smaller waist and much flatter belly.

    Hello, I love your videos! they have got me motivated to exercise again.     Dear Petra, I'm just like you in the initial photo with my belly that doesn't go away!! I find your exercises very valid, I feel that my body is working so thank you so much. I'm looking for all your exercises and I'll try to do them every day, let's see what happens...
    I'm not fat but I only have a belly and I'm in menopause

    I feel like this hardly made me sweat. Am I missing something ? Some of these moves I felt had no impact on my abs? Further instructions would be great!
