But remember, you need to take a look at your diet too - eat less processed food and drink less sodas. Eat more fresh, single ingredient meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day, if you really want to see results.

I LOVED this workout, for a couple reasons:
1. I was SWEATING😃 I used to CRY for working out and not sweating😅
Sweating is good for toxin elimination.
2. I did not get overly tired, so much so, I'm going outside NOW, to GLADLY mow the lawn!😃
3. I feel energetic instead of beat.❤

By the way you look fantastic toned without looking too muscular which is what I'm aiming for. I started today, on this particular video, and it's so do-able but still felt like I'd put in the work. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! Can you tell us the weight of your barbells and what weight you'd recommend for a beginner? 🥰

Thank you again for more great workouts. Completed an Ab workout and this workout. Why is it that I have definately lost inches around my abdm and my back... I have not lost any weight? I know muscle weighs more than fat. But I have approx 40-50 pounds to loose. I have been eating a healthy diet. Have a great day.

Loving your channel, my sister got me onto you.. recovering from back surgery 8 mths ago and having many surgeries due to severe osteo arthritis for 23 yrs. I’m 61, it’s just the pace and complexity I need. Off to buy hand weights, what are you using in the vid? 2 to 2.5kg?

Im enjoying your workouts but miss that you don’t show how much of the workout we have done, if I’m struggling with the session seeing that I have done I.e 60% motivates me to continue. Any chance you could add this on to your workouts?
