I have a story to share. I was born with galactosemia and the doctor told Dad I would surely die. I have been on a medication for 30 years. I would have been feeling bad for a long time and thought it was due to my childhood illness. Doctor put me on a new Med and I am a whole new person inside and out. Hi Petra, I found your acocunt on IG and absolutely love your workouts. I love especially the music ( the older the video the better music, probably shows my age haha), the short spoiler of the next exercise is fab and that there are no breaks. The time 20-25 min is just ideal! I sometimes do two workouts one after another and love a mix of weights and especially cardio. Keep it up please and dont change anything 👌🥰

Hello. I'm 49 years old. I have cartilage erosion and a horizontal meniscus tear in my left knee. I also have a serious cervical disc herniation in my neck. I want to do it with you, but I'm afraid I'll damage my knee. After I became a mother, my height decreased by two centimeters from 1.64. I weigh 78 kilos. Your video motivates me but I'm worried. Didn’t enjoy this one 😕. Definitely not knee friendly with the squats and difficult for the uncoordinated of us. Sorry Petra but it was a fail for me.
As others have pointed out, this workout is NOT done correctly.
Look at the older Leslie Sansone videos. SHE KNOWS HOW TO DO THIS CORRECTLY TO BE RIGHT FOR THE KNEES, BACK, ETC.
Anybody can set up a camera in their home, that doesn't make them an expert.
All that bouncing and swinging around... NO, NO, NO....
