These moves, you can do at home are perfect if you're just getting back into exercise after some time off! But remember, you need to take a look at your diet too - eat less processed food and drink less sodas. Eat more fresh, single ingredient meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day, if you really want to see results.

Started with 30 minute walk routine, then finished with menopause weight workout, 21 minute. Alas use rebounder when you jogged, thick carpet, plus I dislike jumping on concrete underfloor. What weight do you use on the second workout? Thank you for your videos💕

What size weights is she using. Plus im no expert but i know you need tp pull your tunny in for core strength during these exercises but she didnt mention it.

Hello! I'm from the Philipppines. As a beginner what weight should i use for dumbbells and how many times must i do this workout
Everyone is different..whatever weights you choose, You should feel like the last rep or two are difficult to do, but still able to keep form
Probably twice a week to start with a minimum of 48 hours in between and then can increase to 3 to 4 times a week with rest days

General advice is 3 x weekly but 2x is great aswell if you can do 20ish or more workout and vary between several routines so you can keep training different muscles or the same ones but sometimes with a static exercises sometimes with pulses or use like " a burnout round " aka have a method to keep your body guessing. When it becomes easier you can add intense cardio or more complicated moves like curl to press. Holding dumbells while doing abs moves really helps too!!

How many calories burned
It's individual , I can burn 120 to 160 ish cals as a 5'10 lady ( 40-45 years) with a similar workout but it also depends on how long you ve been doing weighted training/ general fitness level
