These moves, you can do at home are perfect if you're just getting back into exercise after some time off! But remember, you need to take a look at your diet too - eat less processed food and drink less sodas. Eat more fresh, single ingredient meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day, if you really want to see results.
My mission is to show you that it is possible to transform your body in your 40s, 50s and older! Most women I meet want to get in shape but just don't know where to start. In this video I show exactly what you can do to start exercising and getting in shape!

I'm 73 and yesterday I walked for 10,765 steps. And it was on a very very hot day. But I felt pleased with myself. I keep watching all your videos. I can do most of them but I do have painful knees.
I think I got in just over 3000 so with a second dog walk I've smashed it! Day 4 still loving your workouts 👍

Just starting your videos and finding them very helpful in managing my fitness. I’m 68 yrs young with the usual aches and pains but doing these 30 mins exercises are really helping with keeping on top of them. The music is fabulous feel as though I’m back in my disco days 😂 feel more like dancing than exercising which keeps me focused. Thank you xx

Hi Petra, love your videos. I'm turning 60 this week, omg! Its ok, i started your workouts a while ago than stopped. I sell sabotage all the time. This time I'm determined. I'm going to AZORES, Portugal in April and although it won't be a huge change, its a start. I'll be walking alot while I'm there so this will definitely help. I achieved 3186 steps with this workout. Petra I’m not your target audience but I have hyper mobility Ehlers Danos which as really put a toll on my body with being able to do high impact workouts. Lover Petra's 2 walking exercise videos. I alternate between the 2, one is a little faster and has mini squats and the other is a little easier. can get my heart rate into the 120s and 130's. Fantastic thought put into the sequences.

I love your workouts! Its great to do an effective workout and not wake up stiff and sore the next day. According to my fitbit this was 3,440 steps and 85% fat burning. Recommending your channel to the Facebook groups I'm in!!
I'm almost 84 and always looking for more ways to move. Your video showed up on You Tube and I really enjoyed it. I've subscribed so will enjoy more in the future.
3254 steps. I usually do this video every day plus a weight video and one other one to total an hour of exercising. I am 69 years old and I have lost 32 pounds in the past year by exercising, walking, and eating healthier.
