Just started the 30 minute workout and love it! Exactly what I needed to add to my walking routine. I've lost 43 lbs in the last 6 months and have 45 to go!

Week one done - i have saved my favourite 17 routines and have done a 7 day plan of 1 hour per day. Week one done and i am loving it 🙂

Thank you Petra, for your great channel. I discovered it 3 months ago when I was looking for a low impact routine. Your videos are perfect! Your program is sustainable and at my age (63) I can do it even though I have trouble with my knees and back. Low impact, but they get the heart rate going! I have finally found something that works -- my waist has dropped 3 inches so far!
Hello Petra! I was doing the" look slimmer in 14 days" for 10 days , every day, and today I decided to do more. I loved it! I'm 55. I have not lost weight but it seems I look slimmer...😁🌞
Love this type of workouts, thank you Petra! I've been on the Six Weeks Summer Challenge programme and just keep going and looking for more videos to tone my body and get the endorphins back in my body that make me sooo happy and proud of myself. Working-out is truly the best medicine for me! Highly recommend joining this lady in making you feel better in your body and mind.

@@lisac8735 I choose four or five of her ten-twelve minute videos. I really like her new 30-minute video. I also walk, use resistance bands, and do crunches. I also changed my diet in the last year. :)

This workout is amazing!! Been doing Tuyet Aerobics for almost 3 years and slowly switching to yours exclusively!! So I'm 68 and feel like these videos are getting me in great shape! My 50th class reunion is this August & hoping to being in my best shape ever!!!

I started your workouts 2 days ago and loving them already. You've actually given me motivation to get up and do a session in the morning. Great pace and love the menopause belly fat one! This had been the kick start I needed. Im 44 and perimenopausal and struggling to loose the belly fat. Look forward to seeing the results in a few weeks🤞

Hi I am totally new to following Petra. I started doing a range of her videos
4 - 5 times a week. I have lost 12 pounds in total and started on 1 May 2023. I have also eaten high protein meals and been calorie deficit every day but eaten balanced and healthy foods as well as drinking plenty of water throughout the day! I have enjoyed lots of smoothies for breakfast and have reduced sugar to almost zero (apart from some fruit) and YES have benefited. Most excitedly I have seen my body shape change in front of my eyes and I feel much better again in my clothes. I am 45 years old and I want to thank Petra for her videos and exercises that really work without totally exhausting your body which is the last thing we need if you are going through Perimenopause or Menopause. Thanks again Petra for your wonderful exercises. 👏🏼👏🏼 Would love the progress time bar at the top or bottom of your videos on the screen like lots of other videos on RUclips showing how far into the video you are to help keep you motivated. But a very small wish! ❤ 😊 19:18pm

Just found her video, i like it vey much, easy for me to keep up.they are very easy for me to do,they motivate me to want to do regularly, which has been hard for me to do and stick to them.
