Before working out with Petra's videos, I went to the gym 6 days a week (cardio, weights, swim) and had slow, steady progress. After working out with Petra 7 days a week, my progress was so rapid that I cut back to 2 days a week at the gym. I am 59 years old and eat a healthy diet--not 100% healthy--but mostly healthy. I normally select 3--4 videos on a gym day, and I try to aim for 7--8 videos on a non-gym day. Keep in mind that Petra has 7 and 8 minute videos as well as 10, 15, 20 and 30 minute videos. Thank you, Petra, for making such a difference in my fit-for-life goals!
