I found you on TikTok, going to start doing your exercises I just turned 51, and I find the strengthening exercises I was doing 4 days a week 30-45 min isn’t cutting it anymore.
It’s getting harder on my knees
I love this video, and all the others I find it’s not a lot of tension and strain on the joints

I loved your workout, today is my 2nd day. Yesterday I was only able to do the first 10 minutes. Happy to say that today I completed 100% I am recovering from total hip replacement surgery and this w/o is perfect!

so, i have been doing the arms and this one and a few more. would you mind mapping out a schedule for me to follow that would be most helpful. I try to work out 20 mins each early morning. If if do that 6 days a week, will that help? I am almost 65 years old. I have thyroid issues of course. After menopause I was still 138 lbs. Got remarried when 57 yrs. and have since gained 40 lbs. trying to get back down. Any suggestions as to how many reps of each to do would be awesome. Should I up the work out to 30 mins ? Love these, by the way!!!! Thank you!!!

I'm morbidly obese this seems i can do it
Hey, I dont know if you will read this but, if you do by God’s will, could you please make some videos that are concentrating on strength training (not hypertrophy), instead of weight loss. My aim is not to lose weight but to maintain my health, and build leaner muscle without changing my lifestyle majorly and seeing calories how many calories I can lose on videos demotivates me since it changes my focus. However, I am aware this is a marketing method and that I’m not the only viewer on here, but it would be great if you made videos which were targeted on strength building / maintaining health / lowering blood sugar or pressure etc. Many older people struggle with these things and so creating videos like this with the same quality as this video (aka, actually doing what it says) would be well appreciated! These are just suggestions, and I don’t expect you to make any changes, but if it does sound pleasing to you, please consider it!
I also wanted to say THANK YOU for this video! The speed, exercises, and beat (I prefer to workout to songs without voices, but those songs didn't seem to speak anything of bad influence) is something I really enjoy! I felt great doing it, and the fact you aren’t wearing some extremely revealing outfit makes it much more comfortable for me to watch and workout with!
