These moves, you can do at home are perfect if you're just getting back into exercise after some time off! But remember, you need to take a look at your diet too - eat less processed food and drink less sodas. Eat more fresh, single ingredient meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day, if you really want to see results.

This is fab😊 thanks Petra. I've been looking for a routine that covers all bases on the days in-between your weighted & cardio 20 mins work out. I really enjoy both. I'm 56 with arthritis in my joints, hips & lower back & I've never felt better since I started with your 6 week challenge back in the summer. Combined with an average 3 mile walk with the dogs and general stretching I'm feeling great. My osteopath has definitely seen a difference too, so all very positive. 🤩

Thank the Lord I found your channel. I am currently attempting yoga for the first time at 42, and finding my body isn't quite cut out for looking like a pretzel, so knowing there are other ways to get fit is hugely beneficial to my mental health. Your workouts are completely do-able, and I don't have to worry whether I can put all my weight on one foot and bend halfway over with my arms stretched out, praying I don't fall and break a bone. LOL. Thank you! Keep the videos coming! I especially like the one minute high step. So easy, can be done anywhere, and the benefits will be well worth the effort!

Hallo Petra, thank you very much for all excercises. I hope all words and sentences are written good. I’m a dutchman. One question. I can’t find the exercise where you have to move your arms as if you walk very fast to develope a flat belly.

How often should I do these
Love your workouts!! Can you please do a 20 minute HIIT training workout? I am making up my own with a timer right now, I do 8/12 intervals for 15 minutes with a 5 minute warm up and a few minutes to cool down and stretch. I have been reading this is more effective to burn belly fat after menopause, and weight work with heavy weights is the way to build muscle for long term calorie burning.
I like using your low impact/high intensity moves in my own HIIT workout, I don't like high impact.

Do you think doing all HIIT is better than doing a longer, say 45 minute moderate routine a few days a week? I love the shorter more intense videos but want to do what's best for my 60 year old body. I've been reading the shorter more intense routines are better for women past menopause for fat burning, and helps get rid of the visceral fat between our organs. I am still working on finding the best routine for me. Not sure how many days to do weight work and how many to do straight cardio, or should I just do a combo every day?
I've been reading a book by Dr. Sims about women and exercise after menopause, the Title escapes me at the moment.
